When my wife and I arrived at an automobile dealership to pick up our car, we were told the keys had been locked in it. We went to the service department and found a mechanic working feverishly to unlock the driver side door. As I watched from the passenger side, I instinctively tried the door handle and discovered that it was unlocked. 'Hey,' I announced to the technician, 'it's open!' His reply: 'I know. I already got that side. '
This was at the Ford dealership in Canton, MS …not only are they real but they breed and vote!

We had to have the garage door repaired.
The Sears repairman told us that one of our problems was that we did not have a 'large' enough motor on the opener.
I thought for a minute, and said that we had the largest one Sears made at that time, a 1/2 horsepower.
He shook his head and said, 'Mr, you need a 1/4 horsepower.' I responded that 1/2 was larger than 1/4.
He said, 'NO, it's not.' Four is larger than two.'
We haven't used Sears repair since….and breed and breed and breed

My grandson and I went through the McDonald's take-out window and I gave the clerk a $5 bill.
Our total was $4.25, so I also handed her a quarter.
She said, 'you gave me too much money.' I said, 'Yes, I know, but this way you can just give me a dollar bill back.
She sighed and went to get the manager, who asked me to repeat my request.
I did so, and he handed me back the quarter, and said, 'We're sorry but we could not do that kind of thing.'
The clerk then proceeded to give me back $1 and 75 cents in change.

We recently had a new neighbor (city dweller) call the local township administrative office
to request the removal of the DEER CROSSING sign on our road.
The reason: "Too many deer are being hit by cars out here!
I don't think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore." ….and breed and breed and…..

She asked the person behind the counter for 'minimal lettuce.'

OBAMA ELIGIBILITY COURT CASE…BLOW BY BLOW

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.

After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.

Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, fired back a letter hours later telling Jablonski he was free to abandon the case and not participate but that he would do so at his and his clients peril.

Game on.
5 minutes.
10 minutes.
15 minutes with the attorneys in the judge’s chambers.
20 minutes.

It appears Jablonski is not in attendance as the attorneys return, all go to the plaintiff table 24 minutes after meeting in the judge’s chambers.

Has Obama’s attorney made good on his stated threat not to participate? Is he directly ignoring the court’s subpoena? Is he placing Obama above the law? It seems so. Were you or I subpoenaed to appear in court, would we or our attorney be allowed such action or, non action?

Certainly not.

Court is called to order.

Obama’s birth certificate is entered into evidence.

Obama’s father’s place of birth, Kenya East Africa is entered into evidence.

Pages 214 and 215 from Obama’s book, “Dreams from My Father” entered into evidence. Highlighted. This is where Obama indicates that, in 1966 or 1967 that his father’s history is mentioned. It states that his father’s passport had been revoked and he was unable to leave Kenya.

Immigration Services documents entered into evidence regarding Obama Sr.

June 27th, 1962, is the date on those documents. Obama’s father’s status shown as a non citizen of the United States. Documents were gotten through the Freedom of Information Act.

Testimony regarding the definition of Natural Born Citizen is given citing Minor vs Happersett opinion from a Supreme Court written opinion from 1875. The attorney points out the difference between “citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” using charts and copies of the Minor vs Happersett opinion.

It is also pointed out that the 14th Amendment does not alter the definition or supersede the meaning of Natural Born. It is pointed out that lower court rulings do not conflict with the Supreme Court opinion nor do they over rule the Supreme Court Minor vs Happersett opinion.

The point is, to be a natural born citizen, one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, be citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, the argument is that Obama, constitutionally, is ineligible to serve as President.

Judge notes that as Obama nor his attorney is present, action will be taken accordingly.

Carl Swinson takes the stand.

Testimony is presented that the SOS has agreed to hear this case, laws applicable, and that the DNC of Georgia will be on the ballot and the challenge to it by Swinson.

2nd witness, a Mr. Powell, takes the stand and presents testimony regarding documents of challenge to Obama’s appearance on the Georgia ballot and his candidacy.

Court records of Obama’s mother and father entered into evidence.

Official certificate of nomination of Obama entered into evidence.

RNC certificate of nomination entered into evidence.

DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES. This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.

Jablonski letter to Kemp yesterday entered into evidence showing their desire that these proceedings not take place and that they would not participate.

Dreams From My Father entered.

Mr. Allen from Tuscon AZ sworn in.

Disc received from Immigration and Naturalization Service entered into evidence. This disc contains information regarding the status of Obama’s father received through the Freedom of Information Act.

This information states clearly that Obama’s father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen.

At this point, the judge takes a recess.

The judge returns.

David Farrar takes the stand.

Evidence showing Obama’s book of records listing his nationality as Indoneasan. Deemed not relevant by the judge.

Orly Taitz calls 2nd witness. Mr. Strump.

Enters into evidence a portion of letter received from attorney showing a renewal form from Obama’s mother for her passport listing Obama’s last name something other than Obama.

State Licensed PI takes the stand.

She was hired to look into Obama’s background and found a Social Security number for him from 1979. Professional opinion given that this number was fraudulent. The number used or attached to Obama in 1979, shows that Obama was born in the 1890. This shows that the number was originally assigned to someone else who was indeed born in 1890 and should never have been used by Obama.

Same SS number came up with addresses in IL, D.C. and MA.

Next witness takes the stand.

This witness is an expert in information technology and photo shop. He testifies that the birth certificate Obama provided to the public is layered, multiple layered. This, he testifies, indicates that different parts of the certificate have been lifted from more than one original document.

Linda Jordan takes the stand.

Document entered regarding SS number assigned to Obama. SS number is not verified under E Verify. It comes back as suspected fraudulent. This is the system by which the Government verifies ones citizenship.

Next witness.

Mr. Gogt.

Expert in document imaging and scanners for 18 years.

Mr. Gogt testifies that the birth certificate, posted online by Obama, is suspicious. States white lines around all the type face is caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. Testifies that any document showing this, is considered to be a fraud.

States this is a product of layering.

Mr. Gogt testifies that a straight scan of an original document would not show such layering.

Also testifies that the date stamps shown on Obama documents should not be in exact same place on various documents as they are hand stamped. Obama’s documents are all even, straight and exactly the same indicating they were NOT hand stamped by layered into the document by computer.

Next witness, Mr. Sampson a former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud.

Ran Obama’s SS number through database and found that the number was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of MA. Obama never resided in MA. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii.

Serial number on birth certificate is out of sequence with others issued at that hospital. Also certification is different than others and different than twins born 24 hours ahead of Obama.

Mr. Sampson also states that portion of documents regarding Mr. Sotoroe, who adopted Obama have been redacted which is highly unusual with regards to immigration records.

Suggests all records from Social Security, Immigration, Hawaii birth records be made available to see if there are criminal charges to be filed or not. Without them, nothing can be ruled out.

Mr. Sampson indicates if Obama is shown not to be a citizen, he should be arrested and deported and until all records are released nobody can know for sure if he is or is not a U.S. Citizen.

Taitz shows records for Barry Sotoro aka Barack Obama, showing he resides in Hawaii and in Indonesia at the same time.

Taitz takes the stand herself.

Testifies that records indicate Obama records have been altered and he is hiding his identity and citizenship.

Taitz leave the stand to make her closing arguments.

Taitz states that Obama should be found, because of the evidence presented, ineligible to serve as President.

And with that, the judge closes the hearing.

What can we take away from this?

It’s interesting.

Now, all of this has finally been entered OFFICIALLY into court records.

One huge question is now more than ever before, unanswered.

WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?

Without his attorney present, Obama’s identity, his Social Security number, his citizenship status, and his past are all OFFICIALLY in question.

One thing to which there seems no doubt. He does NOT qualify, under the definition of Natural Born Citizen” provided by SCOTUS opinions, to be eligible to serve as President.

What will the judge decide? That is yet to be known, but it seems nearly impossible to believe, without counter testimony or evidence, because Obama and his attorney chose not to participate, that Obama will be allowed on the Georgia ballot.

It also opens the door for such cases pending or to be brought in other states as well.

Obama is in it deep and the DNC has some…a LOT…of explaining to do unless they start looking for a new candidate for 2012.

Isn't it amazing that, within only one week of Tiger Woods crashing his Escalade, the press found every woman with whom Tiger has had an affair during the last few years? And, they even uncovered

photos, text messages, recorded phone calls, etc.! Furthermore, they not only know the cause of the family fight, but they even know it was a wedge from his golf bag that his wife used to break out thewindows in the Escalade. Not only that, they know which wedge!And, each & every day, they were able to continue to provide America with updates on Tiger's sex rehab stay, his wife's plans for divorce, as well as the dates & tournaments in which he will play.

Now, Barack Hussein Obama has been in office for three years, yet this very same press: Â·

Cannot find any of his childhood friends or neighbors;

Or find any of Obama's high school or college classmates;

Or locate any of his college papers or grades;

Or determine how he paid for both a Columbia & a Harvard education;

Or discover which country issued his visa to travel to Pakistan in the 1980's;

Or even find Michelle Obama's Princeton thesis on racism.

They just can't seem to uncover any of this. Yet, the public still trusts that same press to give them the whole truth!

WHERE ARE THE GIRLFRIENDS of OBAMA?

I hadn't thought about this - but where are O's past girlfriends - surely he had at least one? No past girl friends popping up anywhere? Strange - strange to the point of being downright weird!
OK, this is just plain old common sense, no political agendas for either side. Just common knowledge for citizens of a country, especially American citizens, who know every little tidbit about every other president (and their wives) that even know that Andrew Jackson's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery, or that Lincoln never went to school or Kennedy wore a back brace or Truman played the piano.
We are Americans! Our Media vets these things out! We are known for our humanitarian interests and caring for our 'fellow man.' We care, but none of us knows one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president.
Honestly, and this is a personal thing ... but it's bugged me for years that no one who ever dated him ever showed up. Taken his charisma, which caused the women to be drawn to him so obviously during his campaign, looks like some lady would not have missed the opportunity....
We all know about JFK's magnetism, McCain was no monk, Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess were probed. Biden's aneurisms are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton - we all know about their heart problems. How could I have left out Wild Bill before or during the White House?

Nope... not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy," or "What a great dancer!"

Now look at the rest of what we know... no classmates, not even the recorder for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him.

Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Check for groomsmen. Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony. Has anyone talked to the professors? Isn't it odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him.

When did he meet Michele and how? Are there photos? Every president provides the public with all their photos, etc. for their library. What has he released? Nada - other than what was in this so-called biography! And experts who study writing styles, etc. claim it was not O's own words or typical of his speech patterns, etc. Does this make any of you wonder?

Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from Obama's past, saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc.? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. This should really be a cause for great concern. Did you see the movie titled, The Manchurian Candidate?

Let's face it. As insignificant as we all are... someone whom we went to school with remembers our name or face... someone remembers we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about us.

George Stephanopoulos, ABC News, said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. Even George questions why no one has acknowledged that the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos was a classmate of Obama at Columbia - class of 1984.
He says he never had a single class with him.
Since he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him?

And, why won't he allow Columbia to release his records?
Do you, like millions of others, simply assume all this is explainable - even though no one can?

NOBODY REMEMBERS OBAMA AT COLUMBIA

Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but not one remembers him. For example,Wayne Allyn Root was (like Obama) a political science major at Columbia, who graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a single classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia ... EVER!

Nobody recalls him.

Root adds that he was, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him."

At our 20th class reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him."

Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia.

How can this be?

NOTE: Wayne Allyn Root can easily be verified. He graduated valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major in the same '83 class in which Barack Hussein Obama states he was.

Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002?
Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by court order?

According to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama - but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases.

WHAT!?
The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut, where he is never reported to have lived.
No wonder all his records are sealed!

The list could go on and on. He is in full political re-election mode!
Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and his lies?

PUT ME IN CHARGE . . .

Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash
for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans,
blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want
steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women
Norplant birth control implants or tubal legations. Then, we'll test
recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. If you want to reproduce or use
drugs, alcohol, or smoke, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks?

You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair.
Your home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be
inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your
own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week
or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways
of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We
will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo
and speakers and put that money toward the "common good.."

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of
the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules. Before you
say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem," consider
that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing
absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at
least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system
rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

AND While you are on Gov't subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes,
that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will
voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov't
welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

Who are the Racist in America

Democrats spend a lot of time and energy trying to sell the idea that anyone who doesn't like Obama must be a racist. Maybe its because they see everything through the lens of hatred and conflict, since that's how they think. Or maybe its just because they hope nobody will notice their OWN racism:

The next time Democrats take to the national airwaves to dishonestly accuse Republicans of racial hatred, remember who the historical record up until this very day points to as the real bigots: The Democrat Party. In all possible ways, the Democrat Party is built around the pillars of ultra leftists, many of whom are known participants in racism and/or affiliates of racist hate groups. Consider the Democrat Party of today's heroes and leaders:

- Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Democrat icon and orchestrator of Japanese Internment
- Ex-House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt, former affiliate of a St. Louis area racist group
- Ex-Senate President Pro Tempore Robert Byrd, former KIansman known for making bigoted slurs on national television
- Rev. Jesse Jackson, Democrat keynote speaker and race hustler known for making anti-Semitic slurs
- Rev. Al Sharpten, Democrat activist and perennial candidate and race hustler known inciting anti-Semitic violence in New York City
- Sen. Ernest Hollings, leading Democrat Senator known for use of racial slurs against several minority groups
- Lee P. Brown, former Clinton cabinet official and Democrat mayor of Houston who won reelection using racial intimidation against Hispanic voters

The simple truth is that the Democrat Party's history during this century is one closely aligned to bigotry in a record stemming largely out of the liberal New Deal era up until the modern day. Bigots are at the center of the Democrat party's current leadership and role models. And in a striking display of hypocrisy, many of the same Democrats who dishonestly shout accusations of "bigotry" at conservatives are practicing bigots of the most disgusting and disreputable kind themselves.

No doubt you have heard about the latest "Abu Ghraib" incident -- a video of Marines allegedly urinating on the bodies of Afghan terrorists. Our media and political elites have offered their effusive apologies. As always, Rep. Allen West (R-FL) had some choice words of his own. I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. EPA attacks coal plants!

As our lawmakers are grandstanding and whining and complaining about the other side of the aisle in regard to saving the working class Americans' money, the real hit to our pocketbooks is taking shape.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Jan. 3 new mercury restrictions on coal power plants that will impose anywhere from $10 billion (EPA's estimate) to $200 billion (third-party estimates) in new costs on energy production. On a per household basis, that imposes anywhere from $100 to $2,000 in additional energy costs upon the average U.S. household each and every year.

EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson claims that while the regulations will cost electricity producers $10.9 billion annually, they will save 17,000 lives and generate up to $140 billion in health benefits.

Earlier in 2011, Willie Soon, an astrophysicist at the Solar and Stellar Physics Division of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, released these comments that were printed in the Wall Street Journal: "There is no factual basis for these assertions. To build its case against mercury, the EPA systematically ignored evidence and clinical studies that contradict its regulatory agenda, which is to punish hydrocarbon use."

U.S. electricity prices have already increased by nearly 50 percent during the past decade and the EPA's new restrictions will merely accelerate that trend. All of this is supposedly being put into place to "improve the environment," right? Many, many newspapers are reporting this story with similar headlines such as, "Finally, we will get clean air."

How about studying the quality of our air first? The EPA reports that mercury emissions in the United States have declined by approximately 60 percent since 1990.

So what is the real objective here?

Even President Obama once stated, "There will be 1 million electric vehicles on the highway by 2015."

Excuse me, sir! Electricity does not just come from an outlet in the wall. Over half of the electricity generated in the United States today comes from coal. And that, by the way, is a great thing because we have a couple hundred years' worth of coal available for our use. It is a tremendous resource that God granted us use of in order to improve human lives.

If the current EPA regulations go unchecked, by rational thinking it is reported that 60 percent of the coal-fired electricity generating power plants could be shut down. If that happens you can forget about plugging your electric car in. We will be back to running around the pastures searching for "buffalo chips" to heat our homes.

Nobody wants a dirty environment, but everybody should have a greater grasp on common sense and take a look at the big picture. All of this nonsense can be traced back to the flawed United Nations plan to make all nations equal when it comes to quality of life. And that, my American friends, means that you and I give up the essentials of life that we have worked so hard to accomplish since 1776. We aren't going to try to bring other nations up to our standard of living, we are going to drop down to theirs, according to the elitists at the UN.

Coal reserves are spread over almost 100 countries. Proven coal reserves are estimated to last over 200 years with current production rates. In contrast, proven oil and gas reserves are equivalent to around 40 and 60 years. Coal will continue to play a growing role in meeting U.S. energy needs because America's coal-based electricity providers have invested close to $100 billion in technologies to reduce emissions.

Once again, as is the case with most of these initiatives we fight on a daily basis, I do not believe the misguided individuals attempting to put an end to the use of coal as an energy source are the majority. However, it is quite clear that if we are going to continue the low cost custom of living that we have enjoyed in recent years as American citizens, we will have to fight to keep the lights on with real facts and not just warm and fuzzy emotions.

Obama Attacks American Farm Families

Farm kids band from working

The Obama department of labor is attacking the core of America, farm families!

AAmerica was built by farmers and their families. Farming/ranching skills and passions are still passed down to the younger generation. Farm kids are raised with a respect for animals that develops by farming/ranching cores they are required to do. They witness birth, they see death and understand that at times, life is not fair. They see crops come up from their care and labor. They also know heartache, as they watch the destruction of a rain or hail storm just before harvest. They delight in seeing the new born calves, sheep or baby pigs running and playing together. They remember those cold days drying off a baby and making sure it has a start in life. They also remember the sun coming up only to reveal their pet cow having it’s baby eaten by a coyote as it was born or a pack of town dogs ripping the belles out of the sheep flock. They understand life and death. They understand life is not fair but with hard work, life has many rewards. Farm kids have a real understanding of the commitment it takes to produce a health living thing. A quality that should be held in the highest regard and promoted in a civil society.

All families should work together as a team and farm/ranch families do just this on a daily bases. Ranch kids help each day with the care of crops and animals. They understand that those living things depend on them, depend on those kids to perform their job duties. Farm kids feed and water livestock each day before school. They clean pens, they shovel crap and mud, they work in snow, freezing cold and scorching heat. They do this because it is their way of life, how they contribute. to the family and how they earn respect as an individual. Farm kids work alongside their mother and father in the fields and orchards from a very young age. They drive tractors when they can just hold down a clutch (yes, not very many automatic transmissions on farm equipment). They spend their summers working, shoveling, picking, hoeing weeds, driving, riding, branding and doctoring. They also find time to jump in the stream, river or irrigation ditch to cool off,swim and play a game of tag with other farm kids. Those children have grown to be some of the greatest leaders in our nation! A heritage and way of life we most protect!

Sadly, this life style is in stark contrast to the Obama family, currently occupying the white house.

But why are federal agencies, led by President Obama appointees, intent on taking steps that will undermine and ultimately destroy our nation's agricultural heartland, our families?

It's no secret that liberals hold fatty, high-carbohydrate dairy and corn products directly responsible for our nation's obesity rates (funny, don’t see over weight farm kids). They blame farting cows for a depleted ozone layer and consider ranching as a form of animal abuse. PETA, the American Humane Society and other animal rights organization demonize our rural lifestyle as an uncaring barbaric form of environmental exploitation. The urban schools teach and promote this same misconception to the gullible “city dwellers”. Yet the government's attack on farm/ranch families by effectively banning farm kids from working on their own farms goes beyond outrageous. The intent can only be viewed as a full frontal attack on America.

Under new standards being advocated by the Obama Labor Department, youths under the age of eighteen would be prohibited from working in hay lofts, giving shots, caring for baby animals, and being in the vicinity of animals whose behavior may be "unpredictable." So, the federal government under the direction of Obama would destroy one of Americas greatest treasures, the farm/ranch family.

Ask yourself, why?

Does Obama think that the mother and father of those farm/ranch kids are incapable of caring for and protecting their own children? Does the government think it has the right to interfere in a family’s lifestyle? Is there a hidden place in the constitution that gives the government such a power?

Lose our farm families and where would your food come from?
Where would urban people go to get food? Do they understand that food is raised/produced, and does not magically appear on the super market shelves?

Or, does the government want to totally control the food production and distribution? Thank about that one!

For me, I remember the old Hank Jr song, “a country boy can survive”

Americans’ views of socialism

Did you know that capitalism received a largely favorable response in the latest poll on the subject? But that at least 25 percent of respondents across all age groups, races, income levels and ideologies were dismissive of capitalism. So understand this, 25% dislike our capitalist based economy.

As you may well expect, Tea Party supporters, Republicans and those making more than $75,000 a year had a positive view of our system, more than half of blacks and Hispanics took the opposite view. You need to ask yourself, why? What are they looking for and what do they believe would be a better (fairer) system? Is someone telling them that capitalism is bad and or unjust? Well sure, your setting president, Mr. Obama. Yet sadly he is not alone, liberals (school teachers and college professors) the communist party members, socialist supporters and the democrat party and their leaders like Nancy and Harry make it their goal to brainwash as many people as possible in order to insure their political position and power.

Close to 50 percent of those aged 18 to 29, those making less than $30,000 a year, Occupy Wall Street protestors and supporters also had an unfavorable reaction to capitalism. In my opinion, they wish for a bigger government, one that will take care of them and redistribute the wealth of America. Therefore they wish for and support the ideas that Obama and his cronies spew. Do you understand how many young people support this ideology? Scary huh!

Again, understand that the majority of blacks, liberals and democrats, like socialism! But while reactions to capitalism were fairly consistent across all age groups, 18-to-29-year-olds are three times more likely to approve of socialism over capitalism than those citizens 65 and older.

So what is going on? What happened? Is this decline to be blamed on those old folks for not educating their children properly? Or must we hold responsible and fault the education system and the main stream news media in the USA?

The Mad American Club believes it is a combination of the two. Americans need to forcibility stand up and denounce the new democrat party, liberal thinkers and leaders who promote, distribute lies and indoctrinate a gullible public.

Obama fires new shot in his war on America

While America was out partying the other night, drinking it up and celebrating the end of 2011, Obama quietly signed the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, which nullifies the Bill of Rights and declares America to be a "battleground" in which all American citizens can be arrested, imprisoned, tortured and even killed with no due process.
You don't even have to be charged with a crime. Now, thanks to Obama, the military can simply "disappear" you.
"President Obama's action today is a blight on his legacy because he will forever be known as the president who signed indefinite detention without charge or trial into law," said Anthony D. Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
With this signing, Obama has cemented his position as the most traitorous U.S. President in history, not merely violating his promise to close Guantanamo Bay and end the military's secret prisons, but actually expanding the power of those secret prisons over ALL Americans!

A Marine squad was marching north of Fallujah when they came

upon an Iraqi terrorist who was badly injured and unconscious. On the

opposite side of the road was an American Marine in a similar but less

serious state. The Marine was conscious and alert and as first aid was

given to both men, the squad leader asked the injured Marine what had

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?

Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as legislator.

And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?

Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberaldom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass.

Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass -- held to a lower standard -- because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?

Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon -- affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves.

Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self esteem resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin -- that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama.

True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary. What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks?

In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people -- conservatives included -- ought now to be deeply embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that's when he has his teleprompter in front of him; when the prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth -- it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years.

And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?

In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

But hey, at least we got to feel good about ourselves for a little while. And really, isn't that all that matters these days?

Defense of Marriage Act

The letter below from Senator Merkley is in reply to my letter of opposition to him. Although he is incorrect and foolish on his stance, I respect that he had the fortitude to reply to me, even understanding that it was a form letter.

Dear Bruce,

Thank you for contacting me to share your views about the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). While we may disagree on this issue, please know that I respect your opinion and appreciate the opportunity to share my perspective.

Equal rights for every American is one of our most cherished constitutional principles, one that our nation is continually striving to meet For this reason, I believe that committed same-sex couples should have the same basic rights that heterosexual couples do. This is where the Senator goes astray. What he believes is not what the law and the constitution says. If same sex couple wish to live together that is there decision. But, marriage and the benefits of such a relationship should not be granted to them. Marriage is between a man and a woman. This is Gods design and has been excepted all of history. Should liberals promote such a watering down of the institution of marriage? Why should the definition be changed to benefit couples that are engaged in an immoral act? They are not in an equal relationship as, heterosexual couples, that is simply impossible, as defined in all of nature. It’s the male/female thing. Male animals and female animals may gather together and even segregate at times, but not for sex. DOMA prohibits the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages and permits states to refuse recognition of such marriages performed in other states. NO state should be legalizing same sex marriage. Gays can be treated as a person with an illness and extended compassion but no one has the right to legitimize their behavior. Where would this line of thought stop? What would be wrong with child sex? Rape? Murder? Stealing? Are we not denying people from doing what they wish, even what they believe they have the freedom to do? What about unmarried couples (straight or gay) living together, why are they discriminated against? Is all that’s standing in the way…a piece of paper? Why have marriage at all? Doesn’t that just discriminate against all unmarried couples? WHAT IS MARRIGE? I think that is the one question and one that needs to stay unchanged. Marriage is a legal union between and man and woman. Gays want something like that? Then let them call their union a…coupling. In other words, the act strips couples legally married in five states of their marital rights, such as Social Security, health care, and even the right to visit each other in the hospital. This form of discrimination undermines our constitutional values. Every American, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, is entitled to full equality under the law. Two men living together do not have the same responsibilities as a man/woman and never will. Do not compare apples to oranges. Do not patronize or insult me! Gay men have the same rights as unmarried straight men. Gay men do not have a female reproductive organ. They (gay men or gay women) can have sex all day long with each other but they will make no babies, no new human life. Their relationship is not the same as heterosexuals couples and should not have the same rights or share the definition!

The current Occupy Wall Street movement is the best illustration to date of what President Barack Obama's America looks like. It is an America where the lawless, unaccomplished, ignorant and incompetent rule. It is an America where those who have sacrificed nothing pillage and destroy the lives of those who have sacrificed greatly. It is an America where history is rewritten to honor dictators, murderers and thieves. It is an America where violence, racism, hatred, class warfare and murder are all promoted as acceptable means of overturning the American civil society.

It is an America where humans have been degraded to the level of animals: defecating in public, having sex in public, devoid of basic hygiene. It is an America where the basic tenets of a civil society, including faith, family, a free press and individual rights, have been rejected. It is an America where our founding documents have been shredded and, with them, every person's guaranteed liberties.

It is an America where, ultimately, great suffering will come to the American people, but the rulers like Obama, Michelle Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Joe Biden, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, liberal college professors, union bosses and other loyal liberal/Communist Party members will live in opulent splendor. No Matter What

   Can President Obama be defeated in 2012? No. He can't. I am going on record as saying that President Barak Obama will win a second term.

The media won't tell you this because a good election campaign means hundreds of millions (or in Obama's case billions) of dollars to them in advertising.

But the truth is, there simply are no conditions under which Barak Obama can be defeated in 2012.
The quality of the Republican candidate doesn't matter.  Obama gets reelected. Nine percent unemployment?   No problem. Obama will win. Gas prices moving toward five dollars a gallon? He still wins. The economy soars or goes into the gutter. Obama wins. War in the Middle East ? He wins a second term.

America's role as the leading Superpower disappears? Hurrah for Barak Obama! The US government rushes toward bankruptcy, the dollar continues to sink on world markets and the price of daily goods and services soars due to inflation fueled by Obama's extraordinary deficit spending? Obama wins handily.

   You are crazy Williams.. Don't you understand how volatile politics can be when overall economic, government, and world conditions are declining? Sure I do.

And that's why I know Obama will win. The American people are notoriously ignorant of economics.. And economics is the key to why Obama should be defeated.

Even when Obama's policies lead the nation to final ruin, the majority of the American people are going to believe the bait-and-switch tactics Obama and his supporters in the media will use to explain why it isn't his fault. After all, things were much worse than understood when he took office.

Obama's reelection is really a very, very simple math problem.

Consider the following:

1) Blacks will vote for Obama blindly. Period. Doesn't matter what he does. It's a race thing. He's one of us.

2) College educated women will vote for Obama. Though they will be offended by this, they swoon at his oratory. It's really not more complex than that,

3) Liberals will vote for Obama. He is their great hope,

4) Democrats will vote for Obama.. He is the leader of their party and his coattails will carry them to victory nationwide,

5) Hispanics will vote for Obama. He is the path to citizenship for those who are illegal and Hispanic leaders recognize the political clout they carry in the Democratic Party,

6) Union members will vote overwhelmingly for Obama. He is their key to money and power in business, state and local politics,

7) Big Business will support Obama. They already have. He has almost $1 Billion dollars in his reelection purse gained largely from his connections with Big Business and is gaining more everyday. Big Business loves Obama because he gives them access to taxpayer money so long as they support his social and political agenda,

8) The media love him. They may attack the people ! who work for him, but they love him. After all, to not love him would be racist,

9) Most other minorities and special interest groups will vote for him. Oddly, the overwhelming majority of Jews and Muslims will support him because they won't vote Republican. American Indians will support him. Obviously homosexuals tend to vote Democratic. And lastly,

10) Approximately half of independents will vote for Obama. And he doesn't need anywhere near that number because he has all of the groups previously mentioned. The President will win an overwhelming victory in 2012.

Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal's - and they vote - then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

Idiots, we have idiots in the media, in the government at all levels and within our own families!

How does this happen? How can a healthy mind be so corrupted with insane, failed and morally bankrupted ideas? The answer escapes me but the result is Liberalism. Not the standard/traditional liberalism but the modern version. This modern view is one that is more in line with the other (ism) and that is socialism. The definition of socialism is any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or Governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods. Is this not what the Occupy Wall Street protestors want? The same think that Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reed, Barack Obama and the total leadership of the Democrat party profess? They want the government to have ownership of everything of value in America and then distribute it back to the citizens based on need and not on deed! They call this fair and it is the center piece of Obamas War on America as seen with his (and the democrat leaders) full support of the OWS mob. Make no mistake about it, Obama started this insane violence with his class warfare (rich don’t pay their fair share) rhetoric. Obama, Pelosi, Reed and the other crones, are leading this Nation to the brink of a new civil war. One that pits the doers against the do not’s, the tax payers against the tax takers. A system where the Liberals are promoting riots and wide spread lawlessness against those who work hard to support their family and elevate their life style through responsible living and family discipline…by those who believe an equal lifestyle is owned them through no efforts of their own other than to claim the currant system is unequal and unfair. What is unfair is that to many parents and schools are now promoting this prevision of America. SANTA CRUZ - County officials this week released a list of 93 complaints of disruptive and illegal behavior near the county's main offices and courthouse, adjacent to the Occupy Santa Cruz camp.
Officials have documented drug and alcohol use, public urination and defecation, littering, bathing in county restrooms, fights and more. Two pieces of artwork on display at the county building were vandalized. The Sheriff’s office discovered of an estimated 200 pounds of human feces near the county Veterans Memorial Building. Who defends this type of protest? Is this how you identify with the 1^st amendment? The protests should have all be stopped at the point they broke any law and that goes for the permits for such a protest. The Tea Party had to get the same required permits, they had to have porta pottys, trash cans and leave the area in the same or better condition than they found it. They did so! but not the low life scum that Liberalism/Obama has produced.

The news lady is in tears because Newt wants the protestors to get cleaned up and get a job. Her male counterparts support her position and rail against the mean conservative. Listen to their comments that support the protestors and never denounce or criticize anyone of this mobs law breaking actions. Instead, they are portrayed as the persecuted, protectors of civility, defenders of the poor and deserving of some, some, some what?

I still find it amazing that people with such views exist and terrified when I confront myself with the fact that they breed!

With the Tea Party, the issues were clear. Government was too big, taxed too much and needed to rein in its out-of-control spending. Its message was a clarion call for limited government coupled with fiscal responsibility. At rallies that had the flavor of church picnics, people gathered to address their concerns, bagged their trash and returned to their jobs and homes to continue to lobby their government through constitutional channels. No such clarity can be found in the encampments that mark the Occupy Wall Street rallies, which occupy little of Wall Street but litter cities across America, creating dangerous environments and showcases of human degradation.

The protesters rail against the structures of government and business while demanding that those same institutions guarantee cradle-to-grave services, funded by people other than themselves. The same flavor of these demands can be found in Greece and Italy, where people rally for the continuation of benefits that no one can afford, to be paid for by others. It is the same demand for financial "fairness" that was propagated by Karl Marx.

Few protesters seem to be aware that as citizens of the United States, they've already experienced an unfair financial advantage. According to World Bank figures, the poorest 10 percent of Americans have more income than nearly 4 billion other inhabitants of the planet. Put another way, Americans are relatively rich compared to most of their global counterparts.

Barack Obama's crusade against REAL Americans;

Several weeks after he announced his bid for the presidency in 2007, Obama ordered a mostly black crowd in Selma, Ala., to "get off the couch" because "we have too many children in poverty in this country and everybody should be ashamed." Obama, you and your kind put those people on the couch. They are now very comfortable on that couch and will fight anyone who trys to make them leave the government couch.

"Take off your bedroom slippers," Obama shouted. "Put on your marching shoes. Go do some politics. Change this country!" I see now! Do not take off your slippers and go to work…O-no! Take them off and support Obamas re-election! I am very sorry because as an American I want to and feel a duty to support my president but there is no way I can support this man Obama. He is the most divisive and destructive man to ever hold that office. Should he and others like him be re elected…I fear for our future!

Obama Cracks Down on Hunters

Gun owners who have historically been able to use public lands for target practice would be barred from potentially millions of acres under new rules drafted by the Interior Department, the first major move by the Obama administration to impose limits on firearms. No, this is not the 1^st move. He has tried to get an international treaty that would take any Americans right to own guns!

Officials say the administration is concerned about the potential clash between gun owners and encroaching urban populations who like to use same land for hiking and dog walking. Proof positive that Obama and his Liberal supporters do not recognize the 2^nd amendment. They HOPE to CHANGE government by making sure that law abiding citizens are stripped of their constitutional rights. A question for you…where in the constitution is it spelled out that you have the right to walk or hike on public lands? I didn’t see it. I do see that the “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” I say that hikers and dog walkers should not walk into or in front of people that are target practicing. If they do…well…perhaps we need more (process of natural elimination) in the world.

"It's not so much a safety issue. It's a social conflict issue," said Frank Jenks, a natural resource specialist with Interior's Bureau of Land Management, which oversees 245 million acres. He adds that urbanites "freak out" when they hear shooting on public lands. AND, and that is their problem! What about me??? I freak out when I see hikers on public lands, and people walking dogs… give me nightmares for weeks!

If the draft policy is finally approved, some public access to Bureau lands to hunters would also be limited, potentially reducing areas deer, elk, and bear hunters can use in the West. SO, not just target practice is it! It is just a foot hold for them, a stepping stone for bigger and better things… YOU better get or stay involved because they will not stop until all your rights are taken away!

Occupy wall street protesters and YOU!

Ralph (below in the video) has been living at Occupy Wall Street and requested to be interviewed. Ralph added to the above statement "You understand? I don't give a f**k... I hope 9/11 happens again, right now." He is hoping that thousands of people, family’s, Moms and Dads that are working hard and supporting their families, die that day and the next and the next until what he believe as evil people are all gone. Those working people are not killing anyone or calling for the murder of anyone. This Ralph guy is just worked up with the class warfare hate speech from Obama and his supporters. He then cheerfully ended the conversation with "God bless you." Can you understand the mentality of people like Ralph? They are all over! They have no moral code of honor. They have no ability to reason with an issue or situation. They think themselves as very enlightened and intelligent people (the fact is very much the opposite) and what is very concerning… is that some will vote but all of them breed!

A pair of Southland street cart vendors who were forced to shut down their businesses after “Occupy” protesters vandalized their carts are hoping to get some help from local residents.

The coffee and hot dog carts were located in Civic Center Plaza, the same location as the Occupy San Diego protesters.

Coffee cart owner Linda Jenson and hot dog cart operators Letty and Pete Soto said they initially provided free food and drink to demonstrators, but when they stopped, the protesters became violent. There is no clearer example of the entitlement mentality at work. The protestors were given free stuff, free food, out of the goodness and compassion of those food venders hearts and yet when they had to end the freebies, their willing recipients became violent. They were not upset when they had to pay for the food. They became violent because someone was no longer giving away free stuff. Kind of like the government programs that are not needed. We pay are way but when the government steps in with a well intentioned “help” program, we become addicted to it. Addicted to the government give away just as a druggy is addicted to the needle. The reaction from taking away the drugs is the same as taking away the government program. Neither is needed and yet the users will become very violent, should either program be threaten with cancelation.

And according to one city councilman, bodily fluids were used in the attacks. Is this the way to say thanks to folks who were give you free food?

“Both carts have had items stolen, have had their covers vandalized with markings and graffiti, as well as one of the carts had urine and blood splattered on it,” said Councilman Carl DeMaio. I wonder, if those venders had it to do over again, do you think they would ever given away their product? I think the tax payers are the same way. The Bushes made sure their entire administrative and household staff understood to respect and be considerate of the Secret Service. KARL ROVE was the one who was the most caring of the Secret Service in the administration.*

Woman charged with prostituting teenage girl

A woman is accused of pimping out a 16-year-old girl she met in Victory Park during the Occupy NH demonstrations. I wonder, is this how they plan to share the wealth? Is this part of Obama's new job bill? Remember, we have to pass it for you read it and for sure, before you know what is in it!

Police said the teen’s mother called them Thursday about noon to say her daughter was missing and that her photograph had been posted on a website advertising adult party entertainment. Well, she is enterprising. Perhaps this is OWS new form of capitalism?

Investigators looked at the website, found the girl’s photo was posted there, along with pictures of three other women, in an advertisement offering men to “come and have fun with four beautiful ladies” in Manchester. Well, what have you liberals to say about the actions of these people that support OWS? How about Obama, he says he supports them…where is the outrage here???

Things keep getting more out-of-hand in regards to the "Occupy Wall Street" mobs.
In Cleveland a woman reported being raped. In Oakland protesters turn violent throwing rocks and bottles at the police. And we are now learning that a reporter in New York was threatened by the mob as one protester rushed a reporter and threatened to stab him in the neck. Let’s see, so far what do we have? Rape, attacks on police, threats of stabbings, and in the last blogs pointed out stealing, public sex and crapping on cop cars…and Obama, Nancy and liberals support these guys!
A man thought to be a protester was found dead Monday inside a tent at Kerr Park, police said.
The man's name has not been released by police, but he was thought to be in his 20s, Oklahoma City police Capt. Dexter Nelson said.
The man is part of Occupy OKC, a group of protesters who have been camping since Oct. 10 in Kerr Park near Robinson and Broadway avenues. Now we have the death of a young man!!!

These incidents are on top of the thousands of arrests that had taken place over the past several weeks.
Are we going to hold Barack Obama and Democrat Party leaders accountable for this?, They are the ones cheering these violent mobs on and promoting with the class warfare theme they are pushing!

How anyone, even a weak minded liberal, can take Paul Ryan’s words as hate filled or an attempt to start civil war is just crazy! Ryan was respectfully pointing out the change in Obama’s campaign style this time around. There can be no logical argument against Ryan’s assessment. Obama is using class warfare in his (tax the rich because they don’t pay their far share) and his attacks against republicans are very well documented (dirty water, dirty air, folks left without medical care, destroying social security, ect…) and the VP Biden’s comments on how rape and murder will go up (refer to the blog archive). You have heard none of that type of fear mongering from conservatives. Indeed it is the left that are embracing the hateful speech and unruly behavior of the occupy wall street mob (Mr. Ed included).

It is very disturbing to me to hear how out of touch and how totally out of control with rational thought these people are. To know that they influence an audience and indeed have people that look up to and respect them is alarming.

To attack Ryan and then all republicans as wanting a civil war and making statements like republicans “want violence to take place in our society” and that republicans are “the real killers” akin to O.J. The Obama Justice Department argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that churches should not have the right to hire and fire employees who disagree with the doctrines of a particular faith.

Taken to extreme, a Hindu priest could sue a Southern Baptist Convention congregation for refusing to hire him. Atheists could demand to be hired as principals of Christian schools. Women could demand to be accepted as Catholic priests — and men could sue for the right to be nuns.

It appears that the justices were near-united in treating the administration’s surprising and extremist position as, well, surprising and extremist. The consensus, is that at least a majority of the justices will not confirm that a ministerial exception is required by the Constitution

“For a religious institution to thrive, it must be free from government constraint in selecting who will ‘preach its values, teach its message, and interpret its doctrines both to its own membership and to the world at large. Laws against religious discrimination in employment should not permit the government to tell a Presbyterian church, for example, that it must hire a rabbi.”

“When framing the Bill of Rights, James Madison and the other Founders wanted the government to have no power to mandate church policies, So they prohibited Congress from making laws respecting an establishment of religion, and guaranteed churches and other religious organizations the ‘free exercise of religion.’

One cannot imagine a more obvious feature of an establishment of religion, or a clearer violation of free exercise, than the government dictating to a church that it must rehire a religious teacher, especially a person who has violated church teachings or behavioral codes.

The Obama Justice Department’s position, if victorious, raises the possibility that courts and bureaucrats may, in the name of contemporary norms of fairness, begin requiring religious organizations to hire any number of candidates who do not accept that faith’s tenets.

One could easily imagine future decisions forcing churches, synagogues, or mosques to hire employees who do not adhere to the tradition’s norms of sexual behavior, for example.

This is a huge attack on Americans from the Obama administration! It boils down to the PC issues that runs rampant in our society today. The government is enacting a socialistic agenda aimed at destroying our religions. Our government was formed (in part) to protect the nature of our religious freedoms from liberals, such as the Obama administration, the media as a whole and Democrats in congress who would take those freedoms away. Obama supporters such as George Soros, labor unions, AFLCIO and lawyer lobbies all profit from the turmoil and destruction that as caused by liberal Americans embracement of the PC agenda and our move away from a wholesome relationship with God our father. I define this attack as EVIL!

Evil is the violation of, or intent to violate, some moral code. Evil is usually seen as the dualistic opposite of good. Definitions of evil vary along with analysis of its root motive causes, however general actions commonly considered evil include: conscious and deliberate wrongdoing, discrimination designed to harm others, humiliation of people designed to diminish their psychological needs and dignity, destructiveness, and acts of unnecessary and/or indiscriminate violence that are not legitimate acts of self-defense but aggressive and designed to cause ill-being to others.

I believe without a doubt that the President and his administration (Obama Justice Department) are intent on minimizing the Christian faith and thus taking it out as a political voting factor. Without Christians standing up and objecting to a socialistic agenda, there would be no opposition to a total government take over. America would transform into a communist or socialist form of government where the liberals would rule.

Be very careful of the hope and change you wish for, you may just get it!

Bostonians Isaac Bell, 34, and Charlene Dumont, 31, were both charged with distribution of a class A drug (heroin) and possession with intent to distribute a class A drug within 1,000 feet of a school zone, police say.

Because the President of the United States tells you that the rich have won life’s lotto and they owe it to you to give that money back.

Because the VP, the ex VP, the ex speaker of the house and the majority of the democrats in congress tell you that these violent, illegal protests are just the same as the TEA party protests that energized the Republican party.

Because your view of how society should be, reflects the same views and goals of the socialist party and the communist party.

Because your parents (perhaps you) are 1 of the 6 Americans that are on some type of government assistance, food stamps, welfare, ect…

Because your union leaders support the democrat party and its goal of all Americans having equal pay without production or quality expectations.

Because you are a taker in life. You have always been envious of what others have but instead of striving to better yourself, you run down the accomplishments of others while you attempt to steal from them the things you are to lazy to earn for yourself!

If you support these “Wall Street” type protest across the nation, you are either very misinformed, a sheep that follows blindly or an Anti American sum bag that needs to spend time in county’s that have what you think you want. Then, perhaps, just like hope and change, education and reality will set in and you will vote Republican this year!

Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi considers the New US president a blessing to the Muslim world. Gaddafi praised Barack Obama, called him a "friend" and said there is no longer any dispute between his country and the US.

The media and democrats, say that these crazy "Occupy wall street" bums are like the Tea Party? Give me a break!

I will tell you what those two groups have in common, they both represent their parties core beliefs.

The peaceful, reasonable, rational, respectful and law abiding tee party protesters, do reflect the Conservative Republican Party. The law breaking, violence promoting, gutless, give me something for nothing, cop car crapping, woman raping, drug using lowlifes, represent the liberal democrat party and are supported by Obama. The whole Obama administration and other like minded government liberals, let this out of control conduct continue day after day with their full support!

Look at this video below. Someone needed to give that loud mouth punk a good tuning up, if you know what I mean. I think the guy that walked up to him at the end of the video, said something that made the little scum bag do an about turn to save his own skin!

This outspoken idiot just bought and was drinking a beer from the same business he was calling “union buster” and was protesting. Talk about the height of hypocrisy! I agree with a statement I heard from a reporter “couldn’t embody the entitlement mentality of the entire “Occupy” movement any better if he tried. Smug. Brazen. Dumb”.
