Where is Obama?

Obama is telling the Supreme Court not to hear the challenge from the States!

The Obama administration told the court it should stay away from a high-profile challenge to the 2010 health care law.
Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal wrote, "there is no basis for short-circuiting the normal course of appellate review."
Yet all Americans know that there's a "palpable consensus" that the high court will ultimately have to pass judgment on the merits of President Obama's health care law and should do so without delay. We know that Obama care has issues with constitutional law and has been ruled as unconstitutional.
Why would he want a delay in clarification and final ruling from the court???

What has Obama been doing lately? He told Qaddaf to get out, that his time was now, (that was when it looked like the rebels would win within days) but will not support or engage a no fly zone to help the anti government fighters. maybe he doesn't want to set an example for here?
He has watched as Gas prices sky rocket and has not eased regulation for drilling here in the USA.
He has been working with and supporting the unions protest in WI.
He is silent on the budget crises (because he sent in a new record spending budget of his own)

He is responsible for the weaken of our leadership image across the world and what does he do?

Plays a little B ball and fills out his NCAA bracket.

Move over Jimmy, your worst President in America title is about to change!

Follow the money!

Remember my last blog where I said to “follow the money my friends”?
Well, lets take a very quick look today;
The 14 Wisconsin Democratic senators who fled to Illinois share more than just political sympathy with the public employees and unions. This is the budget-repair bill addressed by Gov. Scott Walker in Wisconsin.
The Senate Democrats count on those in the public sector as a key funding source for their campaigns.
In fact, one out of every five dollars raised by those Democratic senators in the past two election cycles came from public employees, such as teachers and firefighters, and their unions. You are simply a fool if you think that the unions have not bought those Senators! To be able to elect and control the people who will be giving you raises and benefits is a GREAT deal for the unions but horrendous for the tax payer!
"It's very simple," said Richard Abelson, executive director of District Council 48 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. "We have interests and because of that we attempt to support candidates who support our interests. It's pretty hard to find Republicans who support our interests these days."

Public unions are big money.
Of the top 20 biggest givers in federal-level politics over the past 20 years, 10 are unions; just four are corporations. The three biggest public unions gave $171.5 million for the 2010 elections alone, according to The Wall Street Journal. That's big money and the main stream media is incorrect when it portrays the corporations as evil and controlling the political agenda. Look at the money honey, follow the money!

Lets take a look at the takers of the unions bribe money. Who are or what is the type of Senator that leaves the State and refuses to do their job?
Well, here is one;
We found out that Wisconsin State Rep. Gordon Hintz (D-Oshkosh) had been busted in a prostitution sting:
State Rep. Gordon Hintz was issued a municipal citation in Appleton earlier this month for violating a city sexual misconduct ordinance.
Last Friday.... after the assembly voted to engross the Budget Repair Bill, Hintz turned to a female colleague, Rep. Michelle Litjens and said: "You are F***king dead!"

What a guy huh? Kinda reflects the attitude of those unions that put him in office!

Speaking of fools and elected office, Obama is defending and supporting those who are breaking the law in WI, (he really likes that part) and interfering in what is a State issue, not a federal issue. Mr. Obama has enough to worry about with his own budget and millions of his own federal workers do not have the same bargaining rights that he is condemning Scott Walker attempt to modify. All while unions bus in protesters from as far away as California!

Gov. Scott Walker on Monday afternoon responded to comments President Barack Obama made earlier in the day about the protests in Madison:

"I'm sure the President knows that most federal employees do not have collective bargaining for wages and benefits while our plan allows it for base pay. And I'm sure the President knows that the average federal worker pays twice as much for health insurance as what we are asking for in Wisconsin. At least I would hope he knows these facts. (so, think Obama is stepping outside the sand box he should be in, and speaking with forked tongue?)
"Furthermore, I'm sure the President knows that we have repeatedly praised the more than 300,000 government workers who come to work every day in Wisconsin. (you mean that not all of the workers are supporting the sick out? How can that be? That is not on the news??? Let’s see, 300,000 vs say 30,000? And that would include all the bussed in protestors…Will we be ruled by the vocal minority or by the responsible and working majority?)
"I'm sure that President Obama simply misunderstands the issues in Wisconsin, and isn't acting like the union bosses in saying one thing and doing another." (ha ha, right…Obama would never do any such thing)

Ok, since you want some news about Obama;

GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch (Utah) reportedly directed a few choice words on President Obama's healthcare law.
Asked whether he thought the nation's healthcare system needs serious reforms. He acknowledged that states have different problems when it comes to healthcare, but called the federal law Democrats passed last year a "dumb-ass program" that will not solve them.
"Every state has different demographics, every state has different problems," Hatch said, according to a Utah Statesman report. "It's good to allow them to work out their own problems rather than a one-size-fits-all federal government, dumb-ass program. It really is an awful piece of crap."

Don’t you just love it when a politician says up front and directly what is on his mind and how he or she feels.
MA thinks it GREAT!

So, who is lying and who benefits?

Walker on 'Meet the Press'

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says he won't cave in to union and Democratic demands that he compromise on his effort to curb employee benefit programs. He also vows he won't "kick the can down the street" when it comes to dealing with his state's fiscal woes.
Appearing Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press" with David Gregory, Walker laid out his plan to save his state from fiscal bankruptcy while destroying several false claims about his legislation, which Senate Democrats are delaying by refusing to appear for a final vote.
Among the significant issues covered during his "Meet the Press" interview, Walker:
  • Denied he is destroying public employee unions.
His proposed law still allows public employee unions to exist and engage in collective bargaining for their wages. The state denies the unions the use of collective bargaining to seek pension and health benefits.
  • Claimed that unions are not acting in good faith.
Public employee unions have been claiming they will accept cutbacks in their benefits, but Walker says they can't be trusted and have been rushing through contracts that give their members extravagant benefit packages.
Walker told Gregory: "We [have] seen that actions speak louder than words. For us to balance the $3.6 billion deficit we have — but not only now, but to ensure we can continue to do that in the future so our kids don't inherit these same dire consequences — we've got to have assurances. And over the past two weeks, even after they made those promises, we've seen local union after local union rush to their school boards, their city councils, their technical school boards and rush through contracts in the past two weeks that had no contributions to the pension and no contribution to health care. And, in fact, in one case in Janesville, they actually were pushing through a pay increase. Actions do speak louder than words."
  • Explained that the law helps local governments curb union demands.
Walker said: "This bill precisely helps local governments, and it's effective once it passes. In fact, we're, we're facing a $3.6 billion deficit. Like nearly every other state across the country, we're going to have to cut more than a billion dollars from our schools and local governments. You know, in New York and California, where there are Democrats for governors, they're doing that. The difference here is, with this budget repair bill, we give those schools and local governments more — almost a billion and a half dollars worth of savings. So the savings they get from our budget repair bill exceed the amount."
  • Said public employee unions are making unusual demands on taxpayers.
Walker said: "In Wisconsin, a great example of that is, we have, in many of our school districts, a requirement through collective bargaining contracts that they have to buy their health insurance from a company that's owned by our state teacher's union, WA Trust. Because of that, it costs them up to $68 million more than if they could just buy it from the state employee healthcare plan. (follow the money my friends, follow the money) Those are real costs about putting real money in the classroom instead of into these collective bargaining agreements."
  • Pointed out his new plan is consistent with how the federal government handles many employees.
Walker explained: "Well, our proposal is less restrictive than the federal government is today. Under Barack Obama, he presides over a federal government where most federal employees do not have collective bargaining for, for benefits, nor for pay. So what we're asking for is something less restrictive than what the federal government has."
  • Explained why police and firemen are exempt from his new law.
Walker said: "We saw two weeks ago, when this debate first started, teachers here in Madison walked off the job for three days. Now, that was an inconvenience for a lot of parents. I know I've got two public — kids in public school. Anytime you have a disturbance like that, it's an inconvenience. But that, contrasted to the fact that even if there was one jurisdiction across the state where firefighters or police officers weren't on the job in full force, I can't afford to have a fire or crime committed where there's a gap in service. And it ultimately just boils down to public safety."
Walker concluded by telling Gregory that he stands by his statement, "This is our moment, this is our time to change the course of history."
Walker told Gregory: "It's one of those where, for year after year after year, not just the last governor, but governors before, legislatures before, have kicked the can. They've taken one-time fixes to push the budget problems off into the future. We can't do that. We're broke. Like nearly every other state across the country, we're broke. And it's about time somebody stood up and told the truth in this state and said, 'Here's our problem. Here's the solution,' and acted on it. Because, if we don't, we fail to make a commitment to the future. Our children will face even more dire consequences than what we face today."

So, who is lying?
Who benefits?

M.A. thinks that if taxes payers win, that would be a much needed and refreshing change for sure.

The democracy will cease to exist
when you take away from those
who are willing to work and give to those who would not.
Thomas Jefferson

Teachers being paid to lie about being sick and attending union functions instead of tending to their jobs, responsibility and students,  school districts paying subsitute teachers to fill in and, congress members collectly their pay while refusing to show up for work...

Who do you side with?

Can you do any of this without getting fired or going broke?

King Obama supports Lawlessness and Terrorism

Message to Wisconsin taxpayers:
President Obama and the Democratic National Committee have declared war on you.
Message to other states: You're next!

The political unrest in Wisconsin, billed as some kind of grass-roots uprising, is being organized and directed by Barack Obama‘s Organizing for America and the Democratic National Committee. This development is consistent with Mr. Obama‘s instructions for supporters to "get in the face" of those who oppose them, but in this case, they are seeking to derail a lawful legislative process!

Does Obama has nothing better to do than help organize an attack on a Governor that is attempting to balance the budget in his own State? I do not care if you think Obama is born in another country or if he is a Muslim at heart. What I do know is that, Obama is Anti American and is attempting to destroy America from within!

What does the Communist Party say?
"The Occupation of the Wisconsin Capitol Continues for a Third Day." Those are not my words. That's the headline of a story in the Communist Party USA's People's World website. Communist are occupying the WI Capitol and are being aided and abetted by their leader, Barrack Obama!

And the Public officials (Democrat Senators) Obama supports?
A leading Wisconsin senator who fled to Chicago with fellow Democrats says they could stay out of Wisconsin for days or even weeks.
Is this not the definition of a Chicken Shit !

Fire them all!

Obama, stay out of my State!

The Democratic National Committee's Organizing for America arm of the 2008 Obama campaign -- is organizing protests against Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Obama has made a clear stance against any efforts in Wisconsin to address their budget. It’s clear from his own budget that cutting programs and being responsible with tax payer money is not the Obama agenda. His old campaign crew is filling buses, making phone calls and twittering, all in an effort to stop the will of the people in WI that demand government to control its spending!
The Democrats in WI showed their cowardness  by LEAVING the state! 14 of their Senators are hiding out in Rockford, Illinois…Is this the home of Obama???
What has the Governor to say?
Republican Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin, confronted with thousands of protesters outside of the state capitol in Madison, says "it would be wise for the president" to stay out of his state's business.
"I think we're focused on balancing our budget," Walker said on Fox News Friday morning. "It would be wise for the president and others in Washington to focus on balancing their budget, which they are a long ways from doing."
The Speaker of the house, John Boehner had this to say about an interview President Obama gave on Wednesday to Milwaukee television, in which he (Obama) called the new law an "assault on unions." What's more, the Wisconsin chapter of the president's political arm within the Democratic National Committee (DNC), worked to promote rallies against the new law. Boehner called on Obama to have the DNC stand down in Wisconsin.
"The White House has even unleashed the Democratic National Committee to spread disinformation and confusion in Wisconsin regarding the governor's courageous actions," he said. "I urge the president to order the DNC to suspend these tactics."
