Some facts about Death in America:

2009- 37,485 people died of prescription and illegal drug overdose. Prescription drugs are killing far more people than street drugs now.

2009- 36,284 Deaths from Traffic Accidents. The first year Drug Use related deaths passes traffic accident deaths.

2006- 22,073 Alcohol induced deaths (alcohol poisoning). Does NOT include drunk driving deaths.

2011- 32,367 Traffic related deaths. 10,839 involved alcohol.

2010- 38,364 Suicides. Highest rate of suicide in 15 years.

Now on to those bad old guns-

2011- 12,664 Murders occurred of which 8,583 were by firearms of every kind. All firearms, rifles, shotguns, pistols, assault rifles combined. A large number of these deaths are carried out by repeat offenders of the law whom aren't even legally allowed to possess a firearm. Laws have no affect on those who pay no attention to them.

Before you demonize firearms you better get your facts straight. We've got far larger problems out there but the media doesn't find those problems "sexy" enough to feed your emotions with.

Angry Democrats

What once would have been unthinkable to blast out into public seems to be becoming more normal via things like Twitter and Facebook. Below are a selection of Tweets that are clearly anti-Second Amendment and even calls for the murder of the National Rifle Association President David Keene, along with NRA members.

Told Dog about the Election

I finally had the guts to tell my dog that Obama won, he was not happy, not happy at all!

Obama wins, we are finish!

Obama Intel Council Predicts U.S. Finished As Sole Superpower By 2030

A new report by the intelligence community projects that the United States will no longer be the world’s only superpower by 2030.

“In terms of the indices of overall power – GDP, population size, military spending and technological investment – Asia will surpass North America and Europe combined,” the report concludes.

“Global Trends 2030: Alternative Worlds” — prepared by the office of the National Intelligence Council of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — projects that the “unipolar” world that emerged after the fall of the Soviet Union will not continue.

“With the rapid rise of other countries, the ‘unipolar moment’ is over and no country – whether the U.S., China, or any other country – will be a hegemonic power,” the report argues.

One result of Socialism (more poor people)

And we thought last month's delayed food stamp data was bad. The just reported food stamp number for September was a doozy, with 607,544 new Americans becoming eligible for food stamps, as a record 47.7 million Americans are now living in poverty at least according to the USDA. The monthly increase was the highest since May 2011, and with August's 421K new impoverished America, over 1 million Americans made the EBT card their new best friend. It is unclear just which atmospheric phenomenon will get the blame for this unprecedented surge in poverty, which comes at a time when the pre-election economic data euphoria was adamant that the US economy was on an escape velocity to utopia. Instead what we do know is that in August and September, over three times as many food stamp recipients were add to the economy as jobs (324,000). We also know that with the imminent impact of Sandy, which will send food stamp recipients soaring, it is now looking quite possible that the US may end 2012 with just over a mind boggling 50 million Americans living in absolute poverty and collecting the $134.29 average monthly benefit per person, instead of working. Welcome to the recovery indeed.

YOU, YOU ARE THE ONES THAT REALLY DISGUST ME!

This is what I am MAD about!
You have seen it before. The programs under Obama and Obama care are expanding this type of mentality.
This woman and others like her are stealing from us! Not only is this bad enough but STEALING from the sick, the poor and the old that need and deserve the help.
She is disgusting, we all agree on that, but what is really disgusting... you who enable her!
She would not be the taker she is if you did not promote her lifestyle in order to secure her vote.
You voted for this to continue, you voted for unemployment, food stamps and welfare to be a way of life, instead of a helping hand.
YOU, YOU ARE THE ONES THAT REALLY DISGUST ME!

Leave a comment and tell me how you justified this type of abuse.

Murder by President

Is this a government cover up?

Is it bigger and with more unanswered question than the killing of JFK?

Everyone needs to read this short letter!

A Letter from Hobby Lobby Stores CEO
By David Green, the founder and CEO of Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn't much bigger than most people's living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God's word. From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation's largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

We're Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I've always said that the first two goals of our business are (1) to run our business in harmony with God's laws, and (2) to focus on people more than money. And that's what we've tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week's biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest. We believe that it is by God's grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

But now, our government threatens to change all of that. A new government health care mandate says that our family business MUST provide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insurance. Being Christians, we don't pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don't cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs. It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one. If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it's the same for everybody. But that's not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won't exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby  and my family  are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don't like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.

My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the government is going to make that much more difficult. The government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law. I say that's a choice no American and no American business should have to make.
The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your fundamental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.

Since you will not see this covered in any of the liberal media, pass this on to all your contacts.
Sincerely,
David Green, CEO and Founder of Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.

So... I could comment for hours, perhaps all day long, non stop about this letter, but I won't.

Post your comments and let's see what you have to say about this!

First our Guns and then the Freedom of Speech!

Take a look around at the world; take a look how our country is changing.
America has gone MAD, INSANE!

As I have said years ago, Obama plans to destroy America from within, class warfare, war on women, uncontrolled spending, no budget in 4 years!, increase in welfare and food stamps, (Obama will bankrupt the USA) (all for the sake of votes) attack on the 1st and 2nd amendment and the constitution with Obama care.
You can call me what you wish but I tell you this again; Obama will change America forever! I fully believe his plan is to bring the USA to her knees and submit her to joint rule by the UN. Within 2 years of his last term, Obama will be leading the UN…His power grab is like that of Hitler. Read history and understand how Hitler came to power with his promises to the poor. See what he did with his power….

An international meeting started Monday in Dubai that could radically change how you use the Internet.
The goal of delegates there is to grab control of the World Wide Web away from the United States, and hand it to a UN body of bureaucrats, the International Telecommunications Union or ITU. It’ll be the biggest power grab in the UN’s history, as well as a perversion of its power.
You remember the United Nations. They’re the people who want a global income tax; who applaud whenever Iran’s Ahmedinejad appears on its stage, and who put Iran, Syria, and China on their Human Rights Committee.
Now they want to run the Internet. That’s not just bad news for Americans;
it’s a disaster for the 2 billion-plus users who depend on access to the Internet for messages of freedom and hope in a world where both are vanishing fast.
The future of freedom in the 21st century may be about to be deleted, at the click of a mouse.
Pushing the Dubai agenda are Russia and China. Their plan is to take away control over the Internet’s rules from the Los-Angeles-based non-profit Internet Corporation for Assigned Numbers and Names or ICANN, which has worked hard to keep the ‘Net as free and widely accessible as possible–something thugocrats around the world want to halt.
The ITU, by contrast, is run by delegates appointed by their national governments instead of by professional engineers and Internet companies. That means governments like China, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and the Sudan get to decide whether ICANN should help them censor ‘Net content and eliminate domain names and IP addresses of dissidents–or groups in the United States trying to help them.
The Dubai delegates even want US-based websites like Google, Facebook, and Yahoo to pay local networks for the right to send material to foreign countries. That could make it too expensive to send data or documents to users in remote Third World countries–again, something the totalitarians gathering in Dubai won’t mind.
Since its beginning in this country, the Internet has been the embodiment of American ways of freedom of expression, equality of opportunity for access to knowledge, and free enterprise through the Net. What’s coming these next twelve days in Dubai would wreck that forever, and turn the Internet into just one more way governments get to snoop on their citizens, and dictate what they read or see, and when.
Leading the fight against the Dubai agenda are Google, and a host of other Internet companies and one of the Net’s original founders, Vint Cerf. Ominously silent, however, has been our own government, even as public clamor to keep the Internet free and clear grows.
The State Department’s delegate to the conference, Terry Kramer, assures us the United States won’t agree to handing over control of the Internet to the ITU. But he also says the US won’t try to control the agenda at Dubai. “We don’t want to come across like we’re preaching to others.”
Wrong. Americans need a delegate in Dubai who will tell the world about the Internet what Ronald Reagan used to say about the Panama Canal:  We built it; we paid for it. We intend to keep it as a symbol of freedom, not a tool of tyranny.

So, still think I'm crazy?
