Is Obama a Usurper?

What if the whole Military purge had a bit of self-preservation to it? What if the US Military has grounds to arrest President Obama, not under impeachment, but under usurper status?

This may not be as far-fetched as it seems. In fact, it has some very prominent figures looking at the idea. The argument seems centralized on two very key points. The first is that under the Constitution’s Bill of Rights, there was a fail safe built-in, a third grand jury. There was a citizens grand jury. The last time it was used properly was 1935. It states that there is a third grand jury specifically for corruption. Obama has already been indicted by several of these grand juries. Here is one:

There are several from the NAACP, the Black Caucus, Freedom Watch, and others from as early as 2009 to as late as 2013. The trick is who has the jurisdiction to enforce it?

The second relies on if Obama is a Usurper. A Usurper by definition is to seize and hold power (position, authority, etc) by force and without legal right or t to commit forcible or illegal seizure of an office, power, etc.; encroach (Dictionary.com). We know he gave up his US Citizenship for Indonesia. Forget the Birther movement, did he ever apply to get his US Citizenship back? We don’t know because he sealed his records. If he is a Usurper, it would be the Military’s duty to remove him from that position. Is that why he is purging the Military at a rapid rate?

With that thought in mind comes a well researched account by a person calling themselves watchdog. It is very informative.

It is obviously clear. President Obama is a threat not only to the American people. He is destabilizing the United States every way he can. He did this paying for Treyvon protest trying to start race wars as one example. He is a threat to world peace. He has to be neutralized before he takes the world into an age of war and destruction. Now how can that be done? Congress can pass all the impeachment bills. The US Senate will not by two thirds vote him guilty removing him from office. Politically there is very little that can be done to interpose between Obama and him destroying the world.

So who will step in and take action to avert a disaster from happening? The usurper in the White House is the most lawless President in history that makes Nixon and Clinton look like choir boys in comparison. President Obama does not respect the Constitution and international law. He is waging war against the American people economically and shredding our Bill of Rights daily.

He is waging war against Christianity on the domestic front attacking religious freedom by forcing people of conscience to pay for Obamacare the pays for abortions. He is attacking Christians in the military daring to say the name of Jesus forcing chaplains to marry homosexuals against the moral conviction of the clergy. At the same time erecting Pagan places of worship on military installations. For this matter I call on the Patriots to relieve officers of duty and command who attack the religious freedom of the men and women in uniform. I do not care if the commander is a Buddhist and gay. He must respect and defend all faiths and conscience. If he is willing to follow an unlawful, immoral order without question that will weaken the fighting strength. Then the commanders and officers who carry these immoral orders need to be relieved of command.

Economist Caution: Prepare For 'Massive Wealth Destruction'

That’s exactly what many well-respected economists, billionaires, and noted authors are telling you to do — experts such as Marc Faber, Peter Schiff, Donald Trump, and Robert Wiedemer. According to them, we are on the verge of another recession, and this one will be far worse than what we experienced during the last financial crisis.

Marc Faber, the noted Swiss economist and investor, has voiced his concerns for the U.S. economy numerous times during recent media appearances, stating, “I think somewhere down the line we will have a massive wealth destruction. I would say that well-to-do people may lose up to 50 percent of their total wealth.”

When he was asked what sort of odds he put on a global recession happening, the economist famous for his ominous predictions quickly answered . . . “100 percent.”

Faber points out that this bleak outlook stems directly from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke’s policy decisions, and the continuous printing of new money, referred to as “quantitative easing” in the media.

Faber’s pessimism is matched by well-respected economist and investor Peter Schiff, the CEO of Euro Pacific Capital. Schiff remarks that the stock market collapse we experienced in 2008 “wasn’t the real crash. The real crash is coming.” 

Schiff didn’t stop there. Most alarming is his belief that daily life will get dramatically worse for U.S. citizens. 

“If we keep doing this policy of stimulus and growing government, it’s just going to get worse for the average American. Our standard of living is going to fall . . . People who are expecting Social Security can’t get all that money. People expecting government pensions can’t get all their money . . . We simply can’t afford to pay them.”

Equally critical of the current government and our nation’s economy is real estate mogul and entrepreneur Donald Trump, who is warning that the United States could soon become a large-scale Spain or Greece, teetering on the edge of financial ruin.

Trump doesn’t hesitate to point out America’s unhealthy dependence on China. “When you’re not rich, you have to go out and borrow money. We’re borrowing from the Chinese and others.”

It is this massive debt that worries Trump the most. 

“We are going up to $16 trillion [in debt] very soon, and it’s going to be a lot higher than that before he gets finished,” Trump says, referring to President Barack Obama. “When you have [debt] in the $21-$22 trillion [range], you are talking about a [credit] downgrade no matter how you cut it.”

In a recent appearance, Trump went to so far as to say the dollar is “going to hell.”

Where Trump, Faber, and Schiff see rising debt, a falling dollar, and a plunging stock market, investment adviser and author Robert Wiedemer sees much more widespread economic destruction.

In a recent interview to talk about his New York Times best-seller Aftershock, Wiedemer says, “The data is clear, 50 percent unemployment, a 90 percent stock market drop, and 100 percent annual inflation… starting in 2013.”

Before you dismiss Wiedemer’s claims as impossible or unrealistic, consider this: In 2006, Wiedemer and a team of economists accurately predicted the collapse of the U.S. housing market, equity markets, and consumer spending that almost sank the United States. They published their research in the book America’s Bubble Economy.

When the interview host questioned Wiedemer’s latest data, the author unapologetically displayed shocking charts backing up his allegations, and then ended his argument with, “You see, the medicine will become the poison.”

The interview has become a wake-up call for those unprepared (or unwilling) to acknowledge an ugly truth: The country’s financial “rescue” devised in Washington has failed miserably.

The blame lies squarely on those whose job it was to avoid the exact situation we find ourselves in, including Bernanke and former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, tasked with preventing financial meltdowns and keeping the nation’s economy strong through monetary and credit policies.

Bernanke and Greenspan certainly would not support Wiedemer publicly, and it soon became apparent mainstream media would not either.

“People were sitting up and taking notice, and they begged us to make the interview public so they could easily share it,” said Newsmax Financial Publisher Aaron DeHoog. “But unfortunately, it kept getting pulled.”

“Our real concern,” DeHoog added, “is the effect even if only half of Wiedemer’s predictions come true.

At 40, served in Congress for two years.

At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.

At 53, served as Vice President and was elected president of the American Philosophical Society.

At 55, drafted the Kentucky Resolutions and became the active head of Republican Party.

At 57, was elected the third president of the United States .

At 60, obtained the Louisiana Purchase doubling the nation's size.

At 61, was elected to a second term as President.  

At 65, retired to Monticello .

At 80, helped President Monroe shape the Monroe Doctrine.

At 81, almost single-handedly created the University of Virginia and served as its first president.

At 83, died on the 50th anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence along with John Adams.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today. Jefferson really knew his stuff. A voice from the past to lead us in the future:

A new report by the intelligence community projects that the United States will no longer be the world’s only superpower by 2030.

“In terms of the indices of overall power – GDP, population size, military spending and technological investment – Asia will surpass North America and Europe combined,” the report concludes.

“Global Trends 2030: Alternative Worlds” — prepared by the office of the National Intelligence Council of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — projects that the “unipolar” world that emerged after the fall of the Soviet Union will not continue.

“With the rapid rise of other countries, the ‘unipolar moment’ is over and no country – whether the U.S., China, or any other country – will be a hegemonic power,” the report argues.

And we thought last month's delayed food stamp data was bad. The just reported food stamp number for September was a doozy, with 607,544 new Americans becoming eligible for food stamps, as a record 47.7 million Americans are now living in poverty at least according to the USDA. The monthly increase was the highest since May 2011, and with August's 421K new impoverished America, over 1 million Americans made the EBT card their new best friend. It is unclear just which atmospheric phenomenon will get the blame for this unprecedented surge in poverty, which comes at a time when the pre-election economic data euphoria was adamant that the US economy was on an escape velocity to utopia. Instead what we do know is that in August and September, over three times as many food stamp recipients were add to the economy as jobs (324,000). We also know that with the imminent impact of Sandy, which will send food stamp recipients soaring, it is now looking quite possible that the US may end 2012 with just over a mind boggling 50 million Americans living in absolute poverty and collecting the $134.29 average monthly benefit per person, instead of working. Welcome to the recovery indeed.

Vice President Joe Biden offered a frank assessment of his career in remarks at a Democratic fundraiser in Chicago Thursday night.  According to a White House pool report, Biden, surrounded by the city's movers and shakers, praised former Mayor Richard M. Daley and then said: "I never had an interest in being a mayor 'cause that's a real job.  You have to produce. Well, you can’t be any more descriptive or blunt than that!  That's why I was able to be a senator for 36 years." Yes Joe we know, 36 years of being a taker and catering to the welfare crowd to achieve re-election. Election is the only thing liberals work for.

Biden was elected to the Senate in November 1972, when he was 29 years old.  When he took office in January 1973, he had turned 30, the minimum age set in the Constitution for membership in the Senate.  Biden served in the Senate from that time until January 2009, when he became vice president. And we only have one question, how has the American people benefited by this guy who never had and admittedly does not want a “real” job?

Neither man has ever ran a business or created a job. Neither one of them has made out a payroll. Neither of them has produced anything of value. 

Both have lived off tax payer money for most of their lives...they are nothing more than welfare babies...and it shows!

No budget in over 1,000 days. Think about that one!

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said that Congress does not need an official federal budget because it can just adopt appropriations bills and authorization policies as needed to keep operating. What??? And you elect these fools? He is saying flat out that they have an unlimited check book. He is saying they can spend whatever they want, on anything they want, at any time they want. A budget is not needed at all!
At a briefing with journalists on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Hoyer was asked, “Mr. Hoyer, around the same time of the State of the Union [on Jan. 24], I think it was the same day, Republicans were trying to hit Senate Democrats for 1,000 days without passing a budget, and then you talk about this milestone today, 400 days without a jobs bill in the Republican House. But then on Friday [Democratic Senator Harry] Reid said that he didn’t think they needed to bring a budget to the floor this year [and that] the Budget Control Act can serve as a guideline.” And they just re-elected Harry! Nope, no worries because if we hit the debt ceiling, we will just raise that too

Hoyer said: “What does the budget do? This is an honest question because I am sure he has no idea! The budget does one thing and really only one thing: It sets the parameters of spending and discretionary caps. Other than that, the Appropriations committee are not bound by the Budget committee’s priorities.” So there it is again, a budget is not worth the paper it is written on because we will just spend money (that we don't have and must borrow from China) anyway!

He continued: “The fact is, you don’t need a budget. We can adopt appropriations bills. We can adopt authorization policies without a budget. Good News!!! America…we don’t need a budget! I wonder if those European nations that are about to collapse would agree? We already have an agreed-upon cap on spending. Ha ha… I can’t stand it…let me pick myself up from the floor… we don’t need a budget because we “have an agreed-upon cap on spending” and…he left out…we can raise that anytime we get close to it. Cool huh!

They are saying that if Obama is re-elected…say good bye to the possibility of any fiscal responsibility. America has had an AA+ rating with a negative outlook since Aug. 5 when the New York-based unit of McGraw-Hill Cos. stripped the nation of its AAA ranking for the first time, citing the government’s failure to agree on a path to reduce deficits. Path? Hmmm I think that Harry Reid should … take heed!  The U.S. has a one-in-three chance of another downgrade, Chamber said today during an S&P sponsored Webcast. “What the U.S. needs is not so much a short-term fiscal tightening, but it has to have a credible medium-term fiscal plan,” Well there it is, everyone but the liberals in congress say we need a budget. One that will stop the out of control spending, indeed, roll it back and set a rock solid program of deficit reduction! said Chambers, managing director of sovereign ratings.

You better get out and vote. You better get out and vote against spending while you still have a country to cast a vote in!

Wall Street and Responsibility

Hey hey, these guys look like someone I want to hire, don't you think so also?

President Obama said Thursday that the Occupy Wall Street protests show a “broad-based frustration” among Americans about how the U.S. financial system works. So? Obama is the smartest President in the history of our country…Is he saying something that is not obvious?

Speaking at an East Room news conference, Obama said he has monitored the movement, which has spread to dozens of cities nationwide. Good news! Obama is all over this movement huh?

“I think it expresses the frustrations the American people feel, that we had the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression, huge collateral damage all throughout the country Yes, and Liberalism caused it!… and yet you’re still seeing some of the same folks who acted irresponsibly trying to fight efforts to crack down on the abusive practices that got us into this in the first place,” he said. Well this time Obama is right as rain. He, his administration and the democrats in congress are fighting all the reform efforts by the responsible members of the house and senate. It was the liberal government policies that lead to the housing bust. The “every American has a right to own a house” mentality lead to the feds demanding that banks loan money to those they otherwise would not have. People/loans that were risky were given government backed loans. Banks were told to make those loans because congress said they must or suffer the wrath and penalties of government. Government was behind those risky loans, not the banks! Understand this, the banks would not make those loans, government said they had to and to loan not just the sensible amount after a prudent down payment, but to loan up to 110% of the value of the home! AND…to make this loan to people who were at risk on not repaying the loan. Now, the government wants to blame the banks???

Does it make any sense to you? Banks are going under, government is spending tax money to bail them out, liberals complain about all the money the banks are making and protestors occupy wall street and demand that they give them jobs or raise their wages 2-3 times what they are now…SOMEONE is lying about this whole deal and blaming those you had no choice in the matter. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your own actions? At least Ford motor company was able to refuse government intervention and they are doing just fine. Go figure.

So, more than 750 people being arrested in a dozen cities nationwide is just fine with President Obama, because their movement “expresses the frustrations” felt by the American people due to the financial crisis. 

 When it comes to the Tea Party, however, with one arrest out of millions of Americans who have gathered at hundreds of events, the president dismisses the movement as “extreme”, motivated by race, and bent on espousing views which are rejected by “a vast majority of Americans.”

So if you violently protest the financial industry that is fine with Obama and his liberal buddies. If you gather to voice your disagree with government policy, you are extremist and racist. Talk about spin!
