Chinese acquisition of U.S. Businesses set a new all-time record last year, and it is On pace to shatter that record this year. The Smithfield Foods acquisition is an example.  Smithfield Foods is the largest pork producer and processor In the world.  It has facilities in 26 U.S. States and it employs tens of thousands of Americans.  It directly owns  460 farms and has contracts with approximately 2,100 others.  But now a Chinese company has bought it for $ 4.7 billion, and that means that the Chinese will now be the most important employer in dozens of rural Communities all over America. Thanks in part to our massively bloated trade deficit with China, the Chinese have trillions of dollars to spend. They are only just starting to exercise their economic muscle. It is important to keep in mind that there is often not much of a difference between “the Chinese government” And “Chinese corporations”.  In 2011, 43 percent of all profits in China were produced by companies where the Chinese government had a controlling interest in. Last year a Chinese company spent $2.6 billion to purchase AMC entertainment – one of the largest movie theater Chains in the United States.  Now that Chinese company controls more movie ticket sales than anyone else in the world. But China is not just relying on acquisitions to expand its economic power.  “Economic beachheads” are being Established all over America.  For example, Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group, Inc. Recently broke ground On a $100 million plant in Thomasville, Alabama.  Many of the residents of Thomasville, Alabama will be glad to have Jobs, but it will also become yet another community that will now be heavily dependent on communist China. And guess where else Chinese companies are putting down roots? Detroit. Chinese-owned companies are investing in American businesses and new vehicle technology, selling everything from seat belts to shock absorbers in retail stores, And hiring experienced engineers and designers in an effort to soak up the talent and expertise of domestic automakers And their suppliers. If you recently purchased an “American-made” vehicle, there is a really good chance that it has a Number of Chinese parts in it. Industry analysts are hard-pressed to put a number on the Chinese suppliers operating in The United States. China seems particularly interested in acquiring energy resources in the United States.  For example,  China is actually Mining for coal in the mountains of Tennessee.  Guizhou Gouchuang Energy Holdings Group spent 616 million dollars To acquire Triple H Coal Co. In Jacksboro, Tennessee.  At the time, that acquisition really didn’t make much news, but now A group of conservatives in Tennessee is trying to stop the Chinese from blowing up their mountains and taking their coal. And pretty soon China may want to build entire cities in the United States just like they have been doing in other countries. Right now China is actually building a city larger than Manhattan just outside Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Are you starting to get the picture? China is on the rise. If you doubt this, just read the following: # When you total up all imports and exports, China is now the number one trading nation on the entire planet. # Overall, the U.S. has run a trade deficit with China over the past decade that comes to more than 2.3 trillion dollars. # China has more foreign currency reserves than anyone else on the planet. # China now has the largest new car market in the entire world. # China now produces more than twice as many automobiles as the United States does. After being bailed out by U.S. taxpayers, GM is involved in 11 joint ventures with Chinese companies. # China is the number one gold producer in the world. # The uniforms for the U.S. Olympic team were made in China. # 85% of all artificial Christmas trees the world over are made in China. # The new World Trade Center tower in New York is going to include glass imported from China. # China now consumes more energy than the United States does. # China is now in aggregate the leading manufacturer of goods in the entire world. # China uses more cement than the rest of the world combined. # China is now the number one producer of wind and solar power on the entire globe. # China produces 3 times as much coal and 11 times as much steel as the United States does. # China produces more than 90 percent of the global supply of rare earth elements. # China is now the number one supplier of components that are critical to the operation of any national defense system. # In published scientific research articles China is expected to become number one in the world very shortly. EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 --allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 -- allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 --allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 --specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 --grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 --allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. Financial institution in any undefined national emergency.Italso provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Feel free to verify the "executive orders" at will.....and these are just the major ones. I'm sure you've all heard the tale of the "Frog in the Pot"... Watch Obama's actions, not his words! By his actions he will show you where America is headed.

Obama has issued executive orders that seek to "harmonize" U.S. Economic regulations with the rest of the world. These executive orders are yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.

Obama used the stage at the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s I have a dream speech to announce two new executive orders infringing on your second amendment rights.. The first bans the importation of antique military firearms for sale to sportsman and collectors.. He intentionally mislabels them military grade weapons to deceive the sheeply, but make no mistake . . . the order was written specifically to ban the importation of surplus M1 carbines, M1 Garands, 1903 Springfields and other antiques coveted by collectors and sport shooters. This order is the death knell for the civilian marksmanship program. Congress had previously passed the sportsman protection act in 1986 which among other things guaranteed that the importation of the historic relics for collectors and the CMP would not be impeded by unreasonable regulations..But Emperor Obama does not bend to the will of the people or the rule of law.. He will impose on his subjects what he wishes, when he wishes. Kind of like Papa Joe Stalin or the short Austrian with the funky mustache!

Unfortunately, most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening.

The American people need to understand that Barack Obama is constantly looking for ways to integrate the United States more deeply with the rest of the world.
The globalization of the world economy has accelerated under Obama, and this latest executive order represents a fundamental change in U.S. economic policy. Now federal regulators will be required to "harmonize" their work with the international community.

And we thought last month's delayed food stamp data was bad. The just reported food stamp number for September was a doozy, with 607,544 new Americans becoming eligible for food stamps, as a record 47.7 million Americans are now living in poverty at least according to the USDA. The monthly increase was the highest since May 2011, and with August's 421K new impoverished America, over 1 million Americans made the EBT card their new best friend. It is unclear just which atmospheric phenomenon will get the blame for this unprecedented surge in poverty, which comes at a time when the pre-election economic data euphoria was adamant that the US economy was on an escape velocity to utopia. Instead what we do know is that in August and September, over three times as many food stamp recipients were add to the economy as jobs (324,000). We also know that with the imminent impact of Sandy, which will send food stamp recipients soaring, it is now looking quite possible that the US may end 2012 with just over a mind boggling 50 million Americans living in absolute poverty and collecting the $134.29 average monthly benefit per person, instead of working. Welcome to the recovery indeed.

A Letter from Hobby Lobby Stores CEO

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn't much bigger than most people's living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God's word. From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation's largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

We're Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I've always said that the first two goals of our business are (1) to run our business in harmony with God's laws, and (2) to focus on people more than money. And that's what we've tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week's biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest. We believe that it is by God's grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

But now, our government threatens to change all of that. A new government health care mandate says that our family business MUST provide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insurance. Being Christians, we don't pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don't cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs. It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one. If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it's the same for everybody. But that's not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won't exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby  and my family  are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don't like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.

My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the government is going to make that much more difficult. The government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law. I say that's a choice no American and no American business should have to make.
The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your fundamental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.

Vice President Joe Biden offered a frank assessment of his career in remarks at a Democratic fundraiser in Chicago Thursday night.  According to a White House pool report, Biden, surrounded by the city's movers and shakers, praised former Mayor Richard M. Daley and then said: "I never had an interest in being a mayor 'cause that's a real job.  You have to produce. Well, you can’t be any more descriptive or blunt than that!  That's why I was able to be a senator for 36 years." Yes Joe we know, 36 years of being a taker and catering to the welfare crowd to achieve re-election. Election is the only thing liberals work for.

Biden was elected to the Senate in November 1972, when he was 29 years old.  When he took office in January 1973, he had turned 30, the minimum age set in the Constitution for membership in the Senate.  Biden served in the Senate from that time until January 2009, when he became vice president. And we only have one question, how has the American people benefited by this guy who never had and admittedly does not want a “real” job?

Neither man has ever ran a business or created a job. Neither one of them has made out a payroll. Neither of them has produced anything of value. 

Both have lived off tax payer money for most of their lives...they are nothing more than welfare babies...and it shows!

No budget in over 1,000 days. Think about that one!

Benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the
Accounting scandal became clear.


Tim Howard - was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was a
Strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure
A "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. Investigations by federal
Regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that
Management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and
Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute was
Estimated at $20 Million!


Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later
Forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that
Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation
From the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million
When it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under investigation
For taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie
Mae.
Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

Does your budget break the currant spending law?

At a Budget Committee hearing yesterday, OMB Acting Director Jeffrey Zients refused, under direct questioning from Sen. Sessions, to answer whether the president's budget would increase spending over current-law levels.

 The White House has repeatedly claimed that their budget contains $2.50 in spending cuts for every $1 in tax increases. In truth, the budget plan submitted by the president would increase spending by $1.5 trillion over the next 10 years relative to current projections. Over that time, the federal government will spend a total of $47 trillion, up from $45.5 trillion projected under the already enacted Budget Control Act—producing by the president's own projections an additional $11.2 trillion in gross debt.

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said that Congress does not need an official federal budget because it can just adopt appropriations bills and authorization policies as needed to keep operating. What??? And you elect these fools? He is saying flat out that they have an unlimited check book. He is saying they can spend whatever they want, on anything they want, at any time they want. A budget is not needed at all!
At a briefing with journalists on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Hoyer was asked, “Mr. Hoyer, around the same time of the State of the Union [on Jan. 24], I think it was the same day, Republicans were trying to hit Senate Democrats for 1,000 days without passing a budget, and then you talk about this milestone today, 400 days without a jobs bill in the Republican House. But then on Friday [Democratic Senator Harry] Reid said that he didn’t think they needed to bring a budget to the floor this year [and that] the Budget Control Act can serve as a guideline.” And they just re-elected Harry! Nope, no worries because if we hit the debt ceiling, we will just raise that too

Hoyer said: “What does the budget do? This is an honest question because I am sure he has no idea! The budget does one thing and really only one thing: It sets the parameters of spending and discretionary caps. Other than that, the Appropriations committee are not bound by the Budget committee’s priorities.” So there it is again, a budget is not worth the paper it is written on because we will just spend money (that we don't have and must borrow from China) anyway!

He continued: “The fact is, you don’t need a budget. We can adopt appropriations bills. We can adopt authorization policies without a budget. Good News!!! America…we don’t need a budget! I wonder if those European nations that are about to collapse would agree? We already have an agreed-upon cap on spending. Ha ha… I can’t stand it…let me pick myself up from the floor… we don’t need a budget because we “have an agreed-upon cap on spending” and…he left out…we can raise that anytime we get close to it. Cool huh!

Path? Hmmm I think that Harry Reid should … take heed!  The U.S. has a one-in-three chance of another downgrade, Chamber said today during an S&P sponsored Webcast. “What the U.S. needs is not so much a short-term fiscal tightening, but it has to have a credible medium-term fiscal plan,” Well there it is, everyone but the liberals in congress say we need a budget. One that will stop the out of control spending, indeed, roll it back and set a rock solid program of deficit reduction! said Chambers, managing director of sovereign ratings.

Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as legislator.

And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?

Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberaldom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass.

Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass -- held to a lower standard -- because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?

Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon -- affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves.

Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self esteem resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin -- that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama.

True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary. What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks?

In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people -- conservatives included -- ought now to be deeply embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that's when he has his teleprompter in front of him; when the              prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth -- it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years.

And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence.  But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?

In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

But hey, at least we got to feel good about ourselves for a little while.  And really, isn't that all that matters these days?

CHARGE: Woman Accused of Pimping Out Teen During 'Occupy' Protest

A woman is accused of pimping out a 16-year-old girl she met in Victory Park during the Occupy NH demonstrations. I wonder, is this how they plan to share the wealth? Is this part of Obama's new job bill? Remember, we have to pass it for you read it and for sure, before you know what is in it!

Police said the teen’s mother called them Thursday about noon to say her daughter was missing and that her photograph had been posted on a website advertising adult party entertainment. Well, she is enterprising. Perhaps this is OWS new form of capitalism?  

Investigators looked at the website, found the girl’s photo was posted there, along with pictures of three other women, in an advertisement offering men to “come and have fun with four beautiful ladies” in Manchester. Well, what have you liberals to say about the actions of these people that support OWS? How about Obama, he says he supports them…where is the outrage here???

Things keep getting more out-of-hand in regards to the "Occupy Wall Street" mobs. 
In Cleveland a woman reported being raped.  In Oakland protesters turn violent throwing rocks and bottles at the police.  And we are now learning that a reporter in New York was threatened by the mob as one protester rushed a reporter and threatened to stab him in the neck.  Let’s see, so far what do we have? Rape, attacks on police, threats of stabbings, and in the last blogs pointed out stealing, public sex and crapping on cop cars…and Obama, Nancy and liberals support these guys!
A man thought to be a protester was found dead Monday inside a tent at Kerr Park, police said.
The man's name has not been released by police, but he was thought to be in his 20s, Oklahoma City police Capt. Dexter Nelson said.
The man is part of Occupy OKC, a group of protesters who have been camping since Oct. 10 in Kerr Park near Robinson and Broadway avenues. Now we have the death of a young man!!!


These incidents are on top of the thousands of arrests that had taken place over the past several weeks.
Are we going to hold Barack Obama and Democrat Party leaders accountable for this?, They are the ones cheering these violent mobs on and promoting with the class warfare theme they are pushing!

Wall Street Protesters Steal From Each Other!

Occupy Wall Street’s Finance Committee has nearly $500,000 in the bank, and donations continue to pour in Hey, hey, lots of Anti-Americans  supporting law breaking, drug using scum! O-Ya, Obama supporters!-- but its reluctance to share the wealth with other protesters is fraying tempers. Ha ha, where does it go? Ask the unions that are there. No wonder Obama, Biden Nancy and the guy who really worked at getting us in the mess, Barney Frank, support these losers, they are just like democrat politicians! No Morals, No sense of Responsibility, Dishonest and flat out Thieves!

Some drummers -- incensed they got no money to replace or safeguard their drums after a midnight vandal destroyed their instruments Wednesday –So, did you hear of something like this happening at a Tea Party event? NO you did not. There is a huge difference between lawful disagreement with a goal of positive change and this pathetic mob.  are threatening to splinter off. Good news…the band is leaving, maybe they will be invited to play at the white house!
