DISTURBING REPORT — Obamacare Fines to be Seized From Bank Accounts?

(Redflagnews) (PAUL JOSEPH WATSON) — A man who attempted to sign up for Obamacare online was told that a fine of over $4,000 dollars a year for refusing to take out mandatory health insurance could be taken directly from his bank account, and that his drivers license would be suspended and a federal tax lien placed against his home, according to an entry on the HealthCare.gov Facebook page.

Will Sheehan claims that when he tried to sign up for Obamacare and then register to opt out, he received an ominous warning. Sheehan’s full Facebook post reads;If true, the implementation of Obamacare is going to be a whole lot more draconian than Americans have been led to believe.

“I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 “Silver Plan” and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I “opt-out” and chose to continue along with no insurance.

I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the “REPERCUSSIONS PORTION” for “non-payment” of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with “Non-Payment” and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy “Automatically withdraw” your “penalties” weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is “Free” or even “Affordable.”

Sheehan went on to point out that the site makes you input all your personal information before giving you an indication of the costs, meaning a database of the “uninsured” is being built. He added that he could not afford to pay the premium so would have to break the law and pay the fine, leaving him with no health care coverage. (Do you understand this! He will have to pay the fine of over $4,000 and still have NO Health Care coverage!)

The federal government has consistently denied that any fines pertaining to Obamacare non-compliance could be seized from bank accounts.

“There’s no criminal sanctions for not paying this, and there’s no ability to levy a bank account or do seizures,” then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman said in April 2010.

In addition, Americans who refuse to pay for mandatory health insurance “shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution,” according to the law itself. (Then why the tax and fines that are enforced by all the new IRS agents?)

Section 1501(g)(2) of the Affordable Care Act also states that the IRS cannot “file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section.”

EIther Sheehan’s claim that he received this notice is a lie, or the feds have been dishonest with the American people all along, and the revolt against Obamacare is about to take “don’t tread on me” to a whole new level. (hmmm, they lie about Obama care? You must be a T-Bagger radical racist homophobic that clings to his guns and religion)

If the United States government shuts down tonight and our economy takes a hit, it will be because House Republicans let it happen. THIS IS JUST A LIE AND THEY KNOW IT

Right now, there's a bill sitting in the House that funds the government for a few more weeks. It doesn't demand the repeal or delay of the health care law, or deny women access to birth control, or include any other failed, partisan proposals. It funds the government. That's it. AND THAT IS WHAT THE REPUBLICAN BILL DID ALSO, IT JUST DID NOT FUND OBAMACARE And if Republican leadership allowed a simple yes or no vote on this bill -- like the Senate has -- it would get enough support from members of both parties to pass.
Instead, the government that these Republicans were elected to fund NO ONE WAS ELECTED TO FUND THE GOVERNMENT, WHAT KIND OF LIE AND BRAIN WASHING IS THIS? will close down and that will hurt our economy. Americans across the country won't be allowed to show up for work. Paychecks could be delayed, meaning some folks will have to cut back on groceries or maybe even not pay a few bills. Businesses will have fewer customers. Veterans won't get services they rely on -- and it will put benefits for seniors at risk. BECAUSE OBAMA AND THE DEMOCRAT CONTROL SENATE WOULD NOT PASS THE HOUSE BILL THAT FUNDED THE GOVERNMENT BUT DELAYED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OBAMA CARE ON US FOLKS  FOR A YEAR JUST LIKE OBAMA GAVE CONGRESS AND BIG CORPORATIONS A YEAR DELAY!  THE OBAMA HOUSE AND CRONIES CAN NOT TELL THE TRUTH!

Even though they've already voted over 40 times to defund or delay the health care law, this group of Republicans in Congress is so obsessed with the idea of sabotaging Obamacare that they're willing to take the economy hostage to do it. O-PLEASE...

In fact, shutting down the government won't stop Obamacare. The Health Insurance Marketplace will still open for business starting tomorrow, without delay. SO, EVERYTHING ELSE WILL SHUT DOWN BUT OBAMACARE LIVES ON WITHOUT ANY CUT? DO YOU THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE?

Washington needs to stop manufacturing crises and focus on the issues that matter: creating jobs and building a strong middle class. Taking our economy over the cliff just to score political points isn't fair to the millions of Americans who show up every day to work and do their jobs. It’s time for Congress to do its job. PASS THE BUCK AGAIN OBAMA. YOU ARE NO LEADER, YOU ARE JUST A WHINER

President Obama’s landmark health-care initiative, long touted as a means to control costs, will actually add more than $340 billion to the nation’s budget woes over the next decade, according to a new study by a member of the board that oversees Medicare financing. Well, as Nancy said, “we have to pass the bill to see what’s in it”

The study is set to be released Tuesday by Charles Blahous, a conservative policy analyst whom Obama appointed in 2010 as one of two public trustees for Medicare and Social Security. His analysis challenges the conventional wisdom that the health-care law, which calls for an expensive expansion of coverage for the uninsured beginning in 2014, will nonetheless reduce deficits by raising taxes and cutting payments to Medicare providers. Everyone knows this will cost you and me, the tax payers, money and we know and we understand that Obama a documented liar!

(WASHINGTON POST) Shortages of prescription drugs have been a growing concern for the past six years. They nearly tripled from 2005 to 2010 and reached record levels in 2011 as manufacturers ceased operations or ran into production problems. Why is this? The Food and Drug Administration has been scrambling to respond, helping firms resume production more quickly and approving emergency imports of supplies. Recent approvals of new suppliers helped ease shortages of two crucial cancer drugs. Well this is good news!

In some cases, lifesaving treatments have been delayed, sending patients on desperate searches for needed medicines, doctors say. This is bad news! Shortages have also caused injuries from mistakes and at least 15 deaths around the country since mid-2011, according to the Institute for Safe Medication Practices, a nonprofit that tracks medication errors. The mistakes included confusion about dosing and preparation of substitutes…Wholly Cow! Better read that again

More than 210 drugs are in short supply or totally unavailable, according to Bona Benjamin of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. The majority are generic injectable medications widely used in hospitals, including drugs used to relieve pain, fight cancer or infections, anesthetize surgical patients, treat cardiovascular disease, and manage psychiatric conditions. Why is this? Obama care and socialized medicine was to fix the best health care system in the world, remember?

Critical intravenous nutritional supplements and drugs for controlling attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder are also hard to find, according to the pharmacists group. Natural supplements! Yes, I know this 1^st hand as I hand the FBI visit my house on orders from the FDA because I was taking herbs from China that could help fight the cancer I have. The FDA shut down the importation of these natural supplements because they are in bed with and get their marching orders from big pharmaceutical companies. There is a huge push to stop all natural treatments and cures because the FDA does not control the non pharmaceuticals and they hate that. The government wants total control! Under Obama Care they will get it.

Most hospitals rarely get advance notice of the shortages, explanations of what caused them or estimates of how long they will last. So pharmacists scramble. They repackage higher concentrations into smaller doses. They find substitutes, which can often be more expensive. They ration drugs. So, Mr Obama, why is this? You would think that after 2,600 some pages in your health care law, this would not happen or perhaps…this is why the 2,600 plus pages, so you could hide your real agenda inside this massive government takeover of the American health care system!

Vice President Joe Biden offered a frank assessment of his career in remarks at a Democratic fundraiser in Chicago Thursday night.  According to a White House pool report, Biden, surrounded by the city's movers and shakers, praised former Mayor Richard M. Daley and then said: "I never had an interest in being a mayor 'cause that's a real job.  You have to produce. Well, you can’t be any more descriptive or blunt than that!  That's why I was able to be a senator for 36 years." Yes Joe we know, 36 years of being a taker and catering to the welfare crowd to achieve re-election. Election is the only thing liberals work for.

Biden was elected to the Senate in November 1972, when he was 29 years old.  When he took office in January 1973, he had turned 30, the minimum age set in the Constitution for membership in the Senate.  Biden served in the Senate from that time until January 2009, when he became vice president. And we only have one question, how has the American people benefited by this guy who never had and admittedly does not want a “real” job?

Neither man has ever ran a business or created a job. Neither one of them has made out a payroll. Neither of them has produced anything of value. 

Both have lived off tax payer money for most of their lives...they are nothing more than welfare babies...and it shows!

Activities. Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million in
Benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the
Accounting scandal became clear.


Tim Howard - was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was a
Strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure
A "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. Investigations by federal
Regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that
Management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and
Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute was
Estimated at $20 Million!


Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later
Forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that
Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation
From the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million
When it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under investigation
For taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie
Mae.
Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.
