I would also suggest to the court system, a positive way to treat all rapists, castrate them. No exceptions, no appeals!
I would go one further and expand the punishment to all men convicted of a violent crime.
Take away the testosterone! Before they are released, take away their desire, take away what must overcome them, do them a favor, give them a sure fire medical treatment for their aggressive behavior.
Let’s do our very best to protect these poor men from offending again, make them peaceful, make them better house pets, Neuter them!
