DISTURBING REPORT — Obamacare Fines to be Seized From Bank Accounts?

(Redflagnews) (PAUL JOSEPH WATSON) — A man who attempted to sign up for Obamacare online was told that a fine of over $4,000 dollars a year for refusing to take out mandatory health insurance could be taken directly from his bank account, and that his drivers license would be suspended and a federal tax lien placed against his home, according to an entry on the HealthCare.gov Facebook page.

Will Sheehan claims that when he tried to sign up for Obamacare and then register to opt out, he received an ominous warning. Sheehan’s full Facebook post reads;If true, the implementation of Obamacare is going to be a whole lot more draconian than Americans have been led to believe.

“I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 “Silver Plan” and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I “opt-out” and chose to continue along with no insurance.

I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the “REPERCUSSIONS PORTION” for “non-payment” of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with “Non-Payment” and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy “Automatically withdraw” your “penalties” weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is “Free” or even “Affordable.”

Sheehan went on to point out that the site makes you input all your personal information before giving you an indication of the costs, meaning a database of the “uninsured” is being built. He added that he could not afford to pay the premium so would have to break the law and pay the fine, leaving him with no health care coverage. (Do you understand this! He will have to pay the fine of over $4,000 and still have NO Health Care coverage!)

The federal government has consistently denied that any fines pertaining to Obamacare non-compliance could be seized from bank accounts.

“There’s no criminal sanctions for not paying this, and there’s no ability to levy a bank account or do seizures,” then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman said in April 2010.

In addition, Americans who refuse to pay for mandatory health insurance “shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution,” according to the law itself. (Then why the tax and fines that are enforced by all the new IRS agents?)

Section 1501(g)(2) of the Affordable Care Act also states that the IRS cannot “file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section.”

EIther Sheehan’s claim that he received this notice is a lie, or the feds have been dishonest with the American people all along, and the revolt against Obamacare is about to take “don’t tread on me” to a whole new level. (hmmm, they lie about Obama care? You must be a T-Bagger radical racist homophobic that clings to his guns and religion)

The Truth About the Health Care Bills

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200:
The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009.
I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.
However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.
The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, in direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though.
The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;
The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution." If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.
For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

The Biggest Crisis In Our Healthcare System

"This year in Australia alone another thousand or more qualified practitioners in alternative health care modalities will be released from their studies into the business world to practice. I say business world because even though much of their study and training is focused on treatments, as a practitioner many professionals find themselves running their own small business even though what they are actually creating is a job for themselves. These include superbly qualified Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists amongst many other treatment forms. You may be curious to know why this is a crisis. We read so often in the newspapers and see in the media that we have epidemics in obesity, lifestyle diseases, cardiovascular problems, type II diabetes and cancer. One statistic I read last week was that in our lifetime we can expect that ⅓ of westerners will contract a type of cancer. What I am finding so insightful is research into epigenetics, and in particular a study conducted over 26 years in the US that showed at a cellular level that genetic expression can be influenced by nutrition, stress and lifestyle. There is still a crisis, and this is one and not the one I am referring to today. As I work with a number of practitioners in the healthcare industry, many of them highly qualified and offering exceptional care, it frightens me that the average number of patients a Chiropractor or Physiotherapist sees in clinic is about 35 per week. Doing the math on this assuming a fee of say $50 per client, the costs of business operations, rent, taxes and then a home and lifestyle costs makes it an incredibly tight. There is still a crisis, and this is one and not the one I am referring to today. It’s alternative therapies and modalities like Chiropractic, Naturopathy, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy that assist people from the point of view of prevention. Reducing stress levels, providing care in times of health to maintain health and providing care in times where health may be reduced and not to the point of devastation and hospital visits. It concerns me that if as I hear so often it’s too expensive for a practitioner to be in business to the extent that many look for a second job, or work part time hours. This impacts accessibility to services that can assist the community to reduce stress levels, prevent disease and have a healthier life. So where is the crisis? In my thinking it is in the question of personal services, trading time for income and running a business with multiple income streams. Research shows that about 70% of vitamin taking in Australia alone is self-prescribed. You only need to see the line up of Fish Oil in the supermarket to guess that shoppers are not taking their Naturopath down the aisle and having them recommend the blend that will best serve their health. How do we even know we the individual need Fish Oil in the first place? Practitioners who diversify income sources, have income from non-service based goods and services create a business that can support them in holiday time and raise their income to levels that sustain full time practice. Resolving the mindset is not about asking patients to make purchasing decisions they are not already making. There are benefits in redirecting spending from the self-prescribed aisle in a supermarket to a practitioner who has a thorough case history and can make suggestions based on this criteria. We know the spending is happening so the plan is to redirect it. The goal in healthcare is to ensure that as many healthcare professionals as possible can maintain a successful and profitable practice so they can work full time in their profession and provide the best platform to lead people to health before crisis. It takes a business approach and diversification."

Understanding how ObamaCare will KILL

The central parts of ObamaCare don’t roll out until 2014, but the wheels are already falling off this clunker. The latest news from four federal agencies is that 1) insurance will be a lot less affordable than Americans were led to expect, 2) fewer people than promised will get insurance and 3) millions of people who have coverage through a job now will lose it, thanks to the president’s “reforms.” Oh, and children are the biggest victims. But, but, but...he said that would never happen and that only the house republicans want to starve and stop children benefits 

The Affordable Care Act is looking less and less affordable.

Start with the IRS’s new estimate for what the cheapest family plan will cost by 2016: $20,000 a year to cover two adults and three kids. And that will only cover 60 percent of medical bills, so add hefty out-of-pocket costs, too. Great! so tell me just how this great Obama Care thing is helping us???

The next surprise is for parents who thought their kids would be covered by an employer. Sloppy wording in the law left that unclear until last week, when the IRS ruled that kids won’t be covered. How can that be? Over 2,600 pages and they couldn't make this clear enough? Wonder what all those pages were about???

Starting in 2014, the law will require employers with 50 or more full-time employees to offer coverage or pay a penalty. “Affordable” coverage, that is — meaning the employee can’t be told to contribute more than 9.5 percent of his salary. For example, a worker earning $40,000 a year cannot be required to pay more than $3.800.

But the law doesn’t specifically mandate family coverage — and now the administration says that won’t be required. WHAT??? what did this Obama care thing do except raise the cost of our health care and screw up 1/6 of our total economy???

You can see why: If the lowest-cost family plan (again, two adults and three kids) is to run a whopping $20,000, and if the employee’s contribution is limited to $3,800, the employer’s tab would be $16,200 — adding about $7.40 an hour to the cost of that employee.  Wow, I guess that small business owners will love this increase in expense huh! Wisely, the IRS announced on Jan. 30 that employers won’t have to pay for dependents.

But the Congressional Budget Office’s much-cited prediction that ObamaCare would leave only 30 million people uninsured by 2016 was based on the assumption that kids would be covered by employers. At the very least, employers insuring their workers for the first time to avoid the penalty are unlikely to do that.

So how will the kids be covered? They won’t. The IRS shocked the law’s advocates by announcing that the insurance exchanges won’t provide subsidies for a child whose parent is covered at work.

Nor will these parents be penalized for not insuring their children — the IRS will kindly consider the kids exempt from the mandate. What? again, how many pages and just what in the world did all those pages cover???

Also exempt are millions of people who’ll stay uninsured because their state is wisely choosing not to loosen Medicaid eligibility.

Some background: Despite President Obama’s promises to help solve the problem of the uninsured by making private health plans more affordable, the law expands coverage mainly by forcing states to loosen their Medicaid eligibility rules. But the Supreme Court ruled that the feds can’t command states in this way.

At first, the CBO said that ruling would only prevent 4 million people from gaining coverage — but more states than it expected are refusing to go along; it could well be 8 million more without coverage.

Oh, and the CBO last week also doubled its previous estimate on how many people will lose the health coverage they now get through work, upping the figure to 8 million by 2016 and 12 million by 2019. Several top consulting firms put the figures even higher. So tell me just why we have to suffer this ObamaCare mess? Why must we destroy the best healthcare system in the world just because Obama wants to put his name in history? I'm pretty sure it will already be there and in 40-50 years, historians will spell it OneBigAssMisstakeAmerica

Stop Shooters from Voting!

I know how to stop the next school shooting, save the children and restore some sanity to America. Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter, was on medication, we now know. So were previous shooters like the two students at Columbine High School in the 1999 Colorado shooting. Medication makes some people go crazy with violence. (did you know that all these shooters have very liberal back grounds and vote democrat?)

There has been a lot of talk these past few days about banning guns. But the idea of banning guns from all the GOOD people -- the sane, law-abiding citizens of America -- is ludicrous. What really makes sense is banning gun purchases and ownership among mentally MEDICATED people.

Yep. If they're on psychiatric meds, they get no guns. But why stop there? Vehicles are very dangerous metal machines, too, and if people on meds are too dangerous to own guns, they should be too dangerous to operate high-velocity rolling chunks of metal (cars and trucks) on public roadways, no?

That's why I say ban all medicated people from operating motor vehicles. Given that there are currently 32,000 deaths each year in America from motor vehicle accidents, we're talking about saving a thousand times the lives of the children in Sandy Hook!

But why stop there? Electing the wrong President can be just as dangerous as operating a motor vehicle or shooting up a school. The wrong President, you see, can drag a nation into deadly wars, just as we've seen with Bush and Obama. So for those people who are too dangerous to own guns, and too dangerous to drive motor vehicles, they should also be declared too dangerous to VOTE.

Voting, obviously, should be conducted only by someone in a clear state of mind, should it not?

And why even stop there? I think we should ban people on psych drugs from becoming members of Congress. After all, Congress is where the most insane people tend to congregate, and probably at least half of them are on mind-altering meds (and brain-numbing cholesterol drugs). No wonder they can't even read the bills they vote on!

Allowing medicated members of Congress to vote on legislation is a lot like allowing medicated, video-game-playing teenagers to own assault rifles. The outcome is sometimes disastrous...

I'm serious...

This article is only partially satire, by the way. If we're going to talk about banning things in America, let's get serious about the altered mental states being caused by psychiatric drugs, and let's get psych drugs to come with warnings and red flags that preclude people who take those drugs from operating firearms, vehicles or voting booths.

Guns, cars and votes should only be commanded by people of sound mind who are NOT subjected to chemical influences. In society today, we don't tolerate people drinking and driving. So why do we tolerate people medicating and voting?

And if there's any effort to ban guns at all, it needs to be concentrated on those medicated individuals who are not of sound mind.

"I don’t have a whole lot of choice,” said Dr. Anderson, a pediatrician for many poor families in Cherokee County, north of Atlanta. “We’ve decided as a society that it’s too expensive to modify the kid’s environment. So we have to modify the kid.”

Those kids doing the killing in school...they all are on or have been on drugs to control their behavior.

Want to stop violence in school,  stop creating monsters with drugs!

Gun Control? Maybe Parental Control?

I think the left or people that don't own or know guns, believe in the Hollywood/movie role of guns. They see only killing. People who have no experience with firearms fear them. Human nature is to get rid of, or get away from anything that scares you.  Can firearms be abused, yes! But so can every other right or freedom. Can those other rights/freedoms kill in the hands of madmen? Yes. More are killed with other tools than with the rifle they wish to band. My main problem with it all is that, the blame is misguided and misdirected. The drugs they give kids now are more to blame with the killings than the tool. The violent movies and video games that consume the kids time and negatively affect their outlook on life and more to blame than the tool used. The lack of good parenting is a major crisis in America and perhaps around the world. We tend to blame everything or anything else before we look inward at our own human failings. Guns are not the problem, people are and we are not addressing that!

The argument that blames an AR 15 for the killings is just wrong and avoids the real issue. If you used the talking points and thoughts of the left, why stop or even start with guns? More people and children are killed from car going over the speed limit. Why not band cars that can travel faster than the speed limit? In the argument of magazine capacity, why not limit all cars/trucks and motorcycles to no more than 75 mph? We have no speed limit faster than that, why do madmen think they need a car that runs 100 plus mph? It is proven dangerous and is illegal! Band those before the AR 15. This makes just as much sense as banding a rifle and in fact, you could argue that is would save more lives each and ever year! No, the problem is with personal responsibility and we are lacking in that. We see it in our leaders, in the very top of our government. There used to be a saying that “the buck stops here”. We no longer believe that or own up to that. To many people no believe “the buck stops not with me, but with you!” "leave my buck alone, it's your buck that is the problem" or perhaps, "no I don't own a car that can exceed the legal speed limit and neither should you. So I will issue a new order taking that right of ownership and choice from you, in order to protect citizens" Where do you stop? Band buses because when they crash more people could be killed than if they were in a car. Band sport victories like soccer games where people get crunched to death. Band doctors because 1,000s die from needless or incorrect treatments. Band lawyers and politicians because they depress people and that leads to suicide.  Does restricting freedoms keep us safe? Look at history where peoples freedoms were restricted or taken away for their own good, were they safer afterwards?

If the issue is with senseless killings, why not stop the killing that is happening every 90 seconds and supported by everyone's tax dollars? What does teaching our children that abortion is fine, that the killing of babies is ok and then expect them to have value for human life? How does that work out?

I will not just talk about a problem without offering my own solution.

Stop drugging our kids! Stop managing their behavior with chemicals and start being parents that love their children enough to spend time with them, limit their exposure to video games and love them enough to discipline them.

Make it a requirement that every, every single young man and woman serve for 2 years in the armed forces. Invest resources there and the dividends for the future would be great!

Somehow they must learn responsibility for their own actions, something that is lacking right now in the majority of adults.

McConnell: Challenges Are Great But the President, Senate Democrats Fail to Lead

Obama Silent While Saudi Grand Mufti Targets Christianity

If the pope called for the destruction of all the mosques in Europe, the uproar would be cataclysmic. Pundits would lambaste the church, the White House would rush out a statement of deep concern, (deep concern? ok, what ever it takes to make you feel good) and rioters in the Middle East would kill each other in their grief. But when the most influential leader in the Muslim world issues a fatwa to destroy Christian churches, the silence is deafening. So, tell me, Is Obama afraid of them because he grew up in their country and fully understands how radical and full of hate they are. Does he understand 1^st hand that this Muslim religion calls for the total annihilation of all other beliefs in the world? Is this why he is silent, because he is afraid of them? Or is it because he agrees with and is sympathetic to their cause?

On March 12, Sheik Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah, the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia, declared that it is “necessary to destroy all the churches of the region.” Wow! How would you like to live there? The ruling came in response to a query from a Kuwaiti delegation over proposed legislation to prevent construction of churches in the emirate. Obama was upset that Americans ask a mosque not be built on the spot where over 3000 Americans were killed by Muslims. We only asked that they build it down the block aways. Obama was outraged that we would show such intolerance... What does he say about this Muslim news story? Nothing!  The mufti based his decision on a story that on his deathbed, Muhammad declared, “There are not to be two religions in the [Arabian] Peninsula.” This passage has long been used to justify intolerance in the kingdom. Churches have always been banned in Saudi Arabia, and until recently Jews were not even allowed in the country. Those wishing to worship in the manner of their choosing must do so hidden away in private, and even then the morality police have been known to show up unexpectedly and halt proceedings.  This is not a small-time radical imam trying to stir up his followers with fiery hate speech. This was a considered, deliberate and specific ruling from one of the most important leaders in the Muslim world. It does not just create a religious obligation for those over whom the mufti has direct authority; it is also a signal to others in the Muslim world that destroying churches is not only permitted but mandatory. And Obama praises this religion? And Obama is your president? What does this say about the direction of our country?

Obama administration: Student Plans Must Cover Contraception

The Obama administration moved forward Friday afternoon in implementing the controversial contraception rule, saying that student health insurance plans must cover preventive services.

After a month of intense debate, the administration finally put the rule in writing Friday and asked the public to comment on the proposed rule for the next 90 days.  The rule would require health insurance plans to provide women with access to birth control with no cost-sharing. Why does Obama not just come out and say it! He wants and approves of baby killing; it goes with his belief as a Muslim to kill the infidels. What better way than to make sure that American women kill their babies before they are born than mandating that all Abortions are free  It would allow religious organizations to opt out, instead requiring the health insurers to provide contraception funding directly. Similar rules would apply to colleges and universities, with religious institutions being exempt. I wonder how this would go over in the Muslim world. As barbaric as they are, would they use abortion as a means of birth control?

 Do you know it is illegal to put your old or sick horse down, but for a buck you can kill a human life!

Tell me this is not sick and backwards. When did we start placing a higher value on animals and such a value on human babies? Tell me why I have to pay for this killing! Tell me why!!!

As a knowledgeable pro-life source on Capitol Hill informed LifeNews, as authorized by Obamacare, “the final rule provides for taxpayer funding of insurance coverage that includes elective abortion” and the change to longstanding law prohibiting virtually all direct taxpayer funding of abortions (the Hyde Amendment) is accomplished through an accounting arrangement described in the Affordable Care Act and reiterated in the final rule issued today. So, circumvent the law so you can provide birth control by killing babies...sick!

“To comply with the accounting requirement, plans will collect a $1 abortion surcharge from each premium payer,” the pro-life source informed LifeNews.  “The enrollee will make two payments, $1 per month for abortion and another payment for the rest of the services covered. As described in the rule, the surcharge can only be disclosed to the enrollee at the time of enrollment.  Furthermore, insurance plans may only advertise the total cost of the premiums without disclosing that enrollees will be charged a $1 per month fee to pay directly subsidize abortions.”

Bottom Line…Obamacare has made killing babies affordable for everyone…what a guy….

Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America. Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to. This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:

First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ' 60's on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.

We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?

Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona. And Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving' white kids? Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?

Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?

Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Taiwan Brawly, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.

Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago. This needs to be passed around because, this is a message everyone needs to hear!

The Framingham Police Department in Massachusetts just released Onyango Obama's mugshot photo to The Washington Times Water Cooler. Mr. Obama, President Obama's uncle, was arrested by Framingham police last week and charged with a DUI. He is being held by ICE authorities, as he is an illegal immigrant from Kenya

A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he nearly rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.

He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."
